Slowest drive thru EVER🥴
Food is not quality that it used to be and it's $30 to feed an adult and two children. I can go to a sit down and get better food than this.

genuinely the most unorganized drive through ever. nobody tells you which car you’re supposed to go behind so people just decide when they WANT to go which causes a ton of cut offs. i watched the employee walk up to every car in front of me for a few minutes trying to find me but of course she couldn’t because everyone was out of order from how unorganized it is!!!!!!

Stopped at this location a few days because in town for work. Clean restaurant, friendly associates, and food is ready while hot. Great location!

Fast service, but I never get my food made like I ask for it to be or condiments I ask for. I never hear my pleasure anymore at this location either.
Used the drive-through to pick up a late dinner for my wife and I at Crestwood hospital, and one sandwich was left out (my wife's), which I didn't realize until I got back to the room (always check your bags!)
Anyway, I went to call and all I got was an automated error about the number being wrong, but it was the same phone number on Google and the Chick-fil-A website; annoying, so I drove back.
Upon entering the store, there were some a mix of teen (from what I could tell) employees and customers chatting socially. I asked one to see a manager, and she told me she was it. I explained the issue, and she went to figure it out and from what I could tell they had some issues and knew some things were mixed up. She brought over the missing sandwich immediately, but it had been 15-20 min, so I asked for a fresh one, and she didn't hesitate.
After getting the fresh sandwich I showed her my phone and asked if the number was their store number and I don't think she understood what I was asking as we went back and forth a couple of times, and she never answered the question of whether or not the number I had been trying to call was the store number; I have to assume she didn't know what the number was.
I was disappointed with the experience, especially since I don't normally choose Chick-fil-A and was a bit excited for it. Ultimately I think there was an honest mix-up and the manager on duty was just inexperienced.

Wow. What poor service. Ordered a milkshake quickly and then get pushed to the white line to wait...and wait...and wait. Watching cars come and go. Passed by 4 or 5 others. And they have a milk shake... And an ice cream cone... Then minutes later I finally get something. Not a great experience. Our pleasure.... or, Maybe not. So today is January 9th 2026 I tried again after not coming to this Chick-fil-A for a while and it is absolutely still the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The girl out front could not figure out my order kept saying it backwards then argued with me and then somehow forgot to put the coffee on my $100 order. When I told him it was missing of course they still charge me even though they screwed up... Great customer service Chick-fil-A! I even told them I'd like to talk to a manager and got ignored.
I truly love this specific Chick-fil-A because they talk with my kids as well while I'm ordering. My kids feel seen and heard and they love the play area as well. Amazing customer service and friendly staff!

Order 3 chick fil deluxe meals, even ask the guy taking my order you have delux meals—oh yes. Was given no receipt got to window was given my order and drove 10 mins away and look in bag and was given 3 Plain sandwiches, called back and they said oh there is nothing we can do about it we won’t credit your card!!!! Worst place ever—- won’t be back!!!! They should make it right it was there mistake!!!

The most bizarre chick fil a experience I’ve ever had was here last Saturday.
The two employees outside were loudly bickering with each other as I drove up. Didn’t stop their argument to acknowledge me, so I drove up since I needed to see the breakfast menu anyway and assumed they weren’t taking orders? Apparently they were supposed to be. The young woman eventually came to take my order. I asked to see a menu, she was really rude and passive aggressive about that and the whole time about taking my order. It was really weird.

We ate breakfast on Halloween morning, Ms. Bailey talked to our family and my twin boys love her! She was so sweet and they pretended to be pirates (she had her costume on)! When I put my son to sleep after a big Halloween, I asked him his favorite part about his whole Halloween. He said it was seeing and talking to Ms. Bailey the pirate. Kindness goes a long way for the little ones, they remember the small stuff. Thank you Bailey for being awesome!
