This is supposed to be an ethically responsible resteraunt but they keep bumping doordash order saying they are ready when they are not and the manager admitted it ,this makes doordash and GrubHub drivers look bad like we are just sitting in the restaurant not doing anything..You shouldn't mark orders as ready when the whole order is not ready,and this is not the only chic filet that does this the one on governors drive also does this

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews. But this Chic-fil-A drive thru in Huntsville pushed me over the edge. What happened today was so ridiculous, so beyond unacceptable, i cant just keep quiet.
I spent $45 of my hard-earned money on 4 chicken club sandwiches… and NOT A SINGLE ONE HAD CHICKEN IN IT. I opened each box and was in total disbelief, just bun, lettuce, and tomato. No chicken. How does a CHICKEN restaurant forget the actual chicken in every single sandwich?! I honestly thought I was being pranked. This isn’t just bad service, it’s utter negligence.
And to make things worse, this isn’t the first issue I’ve had. The last two times I ordered a diet lemonade, I was handed regular. Every time I have to ask if it’s diet, but it’s not. I can taste the sugar. Do they not know the difference? Do they not care? If I had diabetes that wouldn’t be good whatsoever
They said I’ll get my refund tomorrow, so I’ll be waiting for that but , I’m DONE. This location has gone from decent to complete trash. Total garbage. Sloppy, careless, and clearly not run with any standards.bunch of kids in there.
Never coming back. Worst drive-thru experience I’ve ever had, anywhere in Huntsville. If you care about your money, your time, or just getting what you paid for stay away from this Chic-fil-A

Did a catering order for a work event. Asked them to deliver between 11-11:15. They arrived early at 10:45, which is always perfect when you are catering a lunch. Special shout to Heather for the early delivery and a correct order!!! Will definitely use this location again!

Whoever the manager “heather” is needs to be trained on customer service. It SUCKS. It’s consistently every single day the food is gross. I came at lunch time, a time where the food should be fresh and good, the fries are old. They taste burnt, they’re so crunchy you can’t even bite them without them turning to dust. The spicy chicken sandwhich is old and burnt, they ALWAYS forget sauces. How they’re still getting any business baffles me.. yall used to be the IT place for fast food, i can see with the years that quality has went DOWN. So your managers solution is for me to waste the remaining 30 mins of my lunch to get a refund on food that should’ve never been served. WILL NOT be back. Not to mention the employees bringing the food out always look like they’re mad we’re there, they love to just throw the bags in the car. Literally had an instance before this where my drink was coming out the top and went all in my car. Yall should be super embarrassed! Worst lunch I’ve EVER had. Last time chik fil a pockets my money.

Even with a line around the store and down the block we got in and out in about 10 minutes. The order was correct, and the food was hot & delicious. The staff was super professional and friendly.
This isn’t your regular “friendly service” you normally get from a chick fil a, the workers look like they hate their jobs and pitch a fit when I had to make a simple change. I worked at a chick fil a before so I know the standards should be a bit higher. I’ve rarely had good service at this location. Just make sure you check your order before you leave.
