I placed an order via the app and they shorted us food. I checked for all the main things, but we were missing a side. I could not report it via the app and had to call the establishment, only to be told that we could have our missing food the next time we came in. Since we don't live on that end of town, it was basically a lost cause. Not what I would have expected from Chick-fil-A.

Ordered Nuggets, and after eating most of them, I saw it had one that didn't look right. I broke it in half, and I could see that it wasn't cooked all the way through. I told the nice young lady working in the dining room that i just wanted them to be aware of this issue (I was not wanting any type of refund or compensation, only bringing this to their attention). She went to tell her kitchen manager and when she came back she told me that it was fine and that their wasn't any problem with it. It wasn't undercooked. I told her it definitely wasn't cooked all the way, and she agreed with me and said there was NO way she would have eaten that. I am shocked that the kitchen manager responded to me in that way, and I hope that no one gets sick from eating there . I thank the young lady for her great customer service and kindness. She gets 5 stars.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten & Dairy free. They take the cheese & any croutons off. They also exchanged fried chicken for grilled chicken on my salad. I chose a vinegarette, so there is no dairy in it. A small side of fries, and I am a happy camper!!!

You’re going to have a bad time if you think drive thru service is anything but fast.
Waited 35 minutes in line to order breakfast only to be told that they just switched over to lunch. Then another 10 minutes to get the food. 45 minutes total.
In addition, overheard a car behind me in line get breakfast because they ordered ahead on the app. I understand lines can get long but wasting the customer’s time has become the standard at Chick-fil-A.
Other vendors in the area may not have the quality of food but at least you can rely on them to get you out in 15 minutes (which is still an abysmal time for a drive thru).
If looking for something quick and reliable, I would recommend other vendors.
Edit: after writing this review, I looked at my order and was given no straws for drinks and was shorted 4 sauces. Shorting sauces is also very common at this vendor from past orders.

Worst location i have ever been too. Hands down. Chickfila has been going nothing but downhill ALL YEAR but this incident today was the last straw for me. I placed my breakfast order at 10:02 mobile order. Waited 30 mins in line just to get to the front and be told by the most awful manager I have ever interacted with that there’s no breakfast. What a waste of time. He was so rude and his conflict resolution was absolutely horrible, he just kept telling me I wasnt gonna get charged as if I care about $20 in comparison to wasting 30+ minutes waiting in a line. Just a horrible location all around.
Absolutely unacceptable. Just went into the drive thru and no one took my order. Then they proceeded to take the orders of the two cars behind me. No one tried to take my order no one even approached my car. Worst CFA in
