The food is standard Chick-fil-A. No problems there. This is definitely the busiest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to, though. The parking lot is a nightmare during normal lunch hours.

CfA is CfA, you know what you're getting...top notch fast food and great shakes. I went through the drive-thru. The two young gentlemen serving me (taking the order and at the window handing out the food) were very polite. Both wished me a blessed day. To be honest, I was visiting HSV from somewhere where wishing random people Merry Christmas results in a stern disapproving look. So, I was a little off guard both times last night and didn't really respond. Thank you, guys...I did have a bleeded day and I hope you also have a blessed day.

Great service and great food! I placed an online order and it was ready exactly at the time that they said it would be. The employees make sure I had all of my condiments. Highly highly recommend recommended!!!!

I placed an order via the app and they shorted us food. I checked for all the main things, but we were missing a side. I could not report it via the app and had to call the establishment, only to be told that we could have our missing food the next time we came in. Since we don't live on that end of town, it was basically a lost cause. Not what I would have expected from Chick-fil-A.

Ordered Nuggets, and after eating most of them, I saw it had one that didn't look right. I broke it in half, and I could see that it wasn't cooked all the way through. I told the nice young lady working in the dining room that i just wanted them to be aware of this issue (I was not wanting any type of refund or compensation, only bringing this to their attention). She went to tell her kitchen manager and when she came back she told me that it was fine and that their wasn't any problem with it. It wasn't undercooked. I told her it definitely wasn't cooked all the way, and she agreed with me and said there was NO way she would have eaten that. I am shocked that the kitchen manager responded to me in that way, and I hope that no one gets sick from eating there . I thank the young lady for her great customer service and kindness. She gets 5 stars.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten & Dairy free. They take the cheese & any croutons off. They also exchanged fried chicken for grilled chicken on my salad. I chose a vinegarette, so there is no dairy in it. A small side of fries, and I am a happy camper!!!
