Manager is rude. Showed up at 6:10, and was told the dining room doesn’t open until 6:30am on fridays. Asked about coffee to serve to as to go catering and was told “they have never done that.” Food is always good. Staff was unfriendly and uninformed.
Trying to use the mobile through feature is useless during busy times as you can only access a single lane! Fortunately, I was able to change my pickup method to carry out. However, upon getting the notification that my order was ready, I proceeded inside to find that my order was indeed ready, but not in the pickup area. Therefore, I had to wait in line to pick up my food that should have already been ready. Also doesn't help that there was only one person working the carryout orders while there are 10 people working the drive-thru. There were 5 people waiting on Mobile orders that were "Ready"

No playground at the new location. And their drive-thru design is retarded even if your order comes out you are forced to wait behind several vehicles. Other Chick-fil-A's have a pass around lane. It's clear they're only concerned with profit in the design of this location

Good food, nice people and fast service! Unfortunately I have noticed they have shifted from their Christian stance by not playing Christian music because of outside pressure. Just a reminder if you are ashamed of Christ he will deny you before the father!
This was one of the few disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at Chick-fil-A. I waited 25 minutes for a milkshake, and when I asked about it, the employee, Ethan, responded in a rude and snippy manner. Unfortunately, I matched his tone out of frustration. Several other customers were also waiting, which added to the overall poor experience.

Me and my husband went there last night around 6pm, we just want to say thank you so much for the kindness, getting our order right. The food being hot and tasty! Each employee we came across was extremely nice and did their job wonderfully.
They truly are reopening with a bang! The Barlock family is absolutely amazing and caring, they are all hands on deck and you can tell their employees feel cared for as well. Our food was delicious as always and even though there was a small miscommunication on our part they were so quick to fix it for us!
