would have been better if the women taking outside orders didn’t tell my bf to “get it together” under her breath when he messed up his order/stumbled over his words. people mess up orders/have social anxiety all the time and it’s not that big of a deal and there’s no need to be rude. plus my hi-c was watered down
Manager is rude. Showed up at 6:10, and was told the dining room doesn’t open until 6:30am on fridays. Asked about coffee to serve to as to go catering and was told “they have never done that.” Food is always good. Staff was unfriendly and uninformed.
Trying to use the mobile through feature is useless during busy times as you can only access a single lane! Fortunately, I was able to change my pickup method to carry out. However, upon getting the notification that my order was ready, I proceeded inside to find that my order was indeed ready, but not in the pickup area. Therefore, I had to wait in line to pick up my food that should have already been ready. Also doesn't help that there was only one person working the carryout...
