The worst I ordered a Spicy chicken combo I didn’t get any fries, added tomatoes, no tomatoes. My drink was flat. I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A. It’s worse in my life.

Grant it, there's many Chick-fil-As in this area but I just so happened to be close to this one and I thought it looked a little odd being the only restaurant in the area but it's actually tied into the Alabama A&M campus. No biggie though. Food was quick, service was good. Not fond of using a kiosk to order but I get that it's sometimes necessary.

They say they only close at Sunday, but they were closed on Saturday morning 11am. I just had a craving for Chick Filla which is why I drove over 9 miles just to reach there and to see them closed

Love Chick-fil-A's customer service. My salad had cheese because I didn't realize it was on the salad toppings. They didn't care that it was my fault. They apologized and made me a new one. Thank you!

Ordered door dash delivered from here and both large fries came half full, mushy and stone cold. I called to ask if we could do anything and was told to request a refund from door dash. Just be warned the hype is not real. No clue how this place does the volume it does with food quality this poor

Edit: It might be inside the brown building but there are 0 Chickfila Signs except for a a small one on the door.

The workers are polite and helpful. They do have a limited menu. I ordered the Market Salad (the only salad option) . They had all the dressing options but not the crisp red bell peppers, which is the best addition to the salads. I also had a Lemonade, which tasted delicious and refreshing like it usually does, and a large fry. Which also met the usual marks.

Today is my daughter's birthday and I wanted to bring her her favorite and called to speak to a manager as her lunch is at 11... and they don't have lunch until 1030 and I wouldn't have time to get her food and drive all the way in time... I was hoping for a kind person to make it 10 to 15 minutes early and he didn't even try said we don't do lunch until then... didnt even see what I wanted... its a shame u couldn't make a little girl happy on her birthday... just crappy and unkind!!!
