Didn’t get one of my sides that I paid for, and got complete shafted on portions compared to the usual from this place. The other locations around are much better
Pretty good chicken salad. Friendly staff and clean inside the establishment.
The chicken salad at this location is wonderful. There's many great flavors, but my all-time favorite chicken salad from Chicken Salad Chick is Fancy Nancy.

The lady taking the order wasn’t very friendly, they didn’t had cookies and we had to pay almost $10 for cookies because my girls wanted cookies. The cashier wasn’t happy because I had to pay for the cookies after I pay my first bill.

I'm looking forward to trying more flavors. The jalapeño is pretty great. The sassy Scotty was good, but the bacon made it taste like ham salad. Still good. The crackers are good but using veggie straws to convey the salad to your mouth is pretty great too.
Yuck. The chicken was overcooked and contained large pieces or rubbery tendon.

Have had this many times and it’s always been great. For some reason, this time the chicken salad (Olivia’s old style , and buffalo barclay) had big pieces of tendon and like chicken skin(??) rubbery stuff.. quite repulsive to have that included in the chicken salad. I get it , thought it was a mistake but then we kept finding pieces and pieces .. threw them out. $36 worth of chicken salad

I hate to break it to my fellow southerners but chicken salad is not healthy lol
As much business as they do. It's really sad that you can't walk in there with 100 dollar bills and be refused service.
First time eating here! Loved it. Can't wait to go back.
