the food is always great and the staff are always friendly! service is great and we enjoy going when we can! I usually order a classic carol and mac and cheese and it fills me up. would recommend CSC!

We visit the CSC on Airport only because of the great customer service we rcv from "Jamie". She's always so friendly, kind, makes suggestions, and makes sure we understand what we're ordering, and she always has a smile on her face to greet us. Today was no different!!! Jamie was so helpful. We complimented Jamie, like we always do, and the new Manager was standing behind her, Kat Small, and we know she could hear our compliments. Not once did she turn around and compliment Jamie or solidify what we were saying in support of her. That type of Manager never wants their employees to get ahead and is toxic to the working environment, (which explains the noticeable tension). Not to mention, as a Manager, you'd think she'd dress more professionally and represent CSC as they deserve. We wish the old Manager would come back. She was a much better manager who supported her team.

The pasta salad tastes like boiled, unflavored pasta. No flavor at all. The Mac and cheese tastes like it came from a cafeteria and there were bones in the chicken salad. Do not recommend.

If you are continuously out of the chicken salad why not make more? Mind blowing that at 4pm you are out of pretty much every option you have on the menu. If it happens daily why not make another batch and make the money ?♂️

Was not very happy about my chicken salad sandwich. Both bread and chicken salad were very dry. Very hard to eat with out having to take a drink with every bite.
Flavor was OK. Might try it again, but will look at chicken salad before ordering to see how dry it is.

Friday night at 6PM the restaurant is out of ALL but two chicken salads the customers showing up are wanting refunds which takes 2-3 days to process this has happened more than once

The food was fabulous. I had a chicken salad BLT. They have several different variations of their chicken salad, as well as soups and other sandwiches. The sides were also delicious. Highly recommend. Something different than your normal sandwich shop.
Great place for a light lunch. I go often but the last trip was a bit off. The tea was watery, the ice machine was temperamental and no lemon or limes.

I've had Fancy Nancy twice within the past month from this location. I've had CSC many times. Fancy Nancy is generally my go-to order because I love the grapes. The first time I had it from here, I felt that there was minimal fruit. Thought it was a fluke. I ordered it again today and there were ZERO grapes in the chicken salad and the croissant was stale. Disappointed that it didn't meet my expectations based on previous Chicken Salad Chick experiences at other locations
