Chili's Grill & Bar

The food was amazing, service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this Chili's to anyone.

MANAGER WAS VERY NICE AND SWEET SHE REPLACED OUR FOOD WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE NOT TO MENTION SHE CAME OUT OF NOWHERE TO CHECK ON US TO MAKE SURE WE WERE FINE SHE SAID SHE NOTICE UNPLEASANT FACES I LOVE HER FOR THAT

Very nice place. Our waiter was very professional as well as the cook. Food was great! Overall it was a good experience

My mother, son and I went last night and was very unhappy with the customer service. They seated us at a timely manner I'll give them that. Everything after tht went downhill. Took them 20 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink. They changed waitresses THREE TIMES IN ONE LITTLE SECTION. We ordered our food. We were sitting there for almost 45 minutes people who came before us got their food first. I said something and they went to "go check" They come out saying that they are sorry they were "behind" on orders. If that was the case why were people who came after us already eating? They finally bring my food out after a hour and it tasted like it had been sitting out for that whole hour of waiting! Everything tasted horrible. I ordered chicken fingers and they were slimly and barely warm. My mother only ordered nachos and she never saw them! People who ordered chips and salsa got theirs in a timely manner. I got fed and up and they said it was no charge we could leave. I will NEVER BE BACK. The service was horrible and I wil never be back again!

Food was cold, to lukewarm, Margarita was okay. Bring your own silverware or clean the ones they bring out to you. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Chili's is by far one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always great and the atmosphere is also enjoyable. However, if you are going to Chili's in Huntsville, I would go to the one on Valley Bend, not this one. This Chili's is good, but the other is Great. It has far better staff and service. It is also newer (and you can really tell) as of the time this review was written. Both places have great food, I just wouldn't waste my time at this Chili's on University Drive.

It took a while for our waitress to get to us, but she was really nice and helpful. I got a margarita, which I couldn't complain about. The price was great. It was quiet in there. I always love their chicken fingers and chips and salsa.

Horrible service!! 1 hour wait.. Still no food.. Come to find out our order wasn't even put in. Ended up canceling my meal... And the manager had the nerve to get an attitude with me after all of that. Great manager material. Currently starving, will never go back. I was trying to have a mother/ daughter dinner and a movie night with my 13 year old daughter. Thanks for nothing. Update its 10:38 pm and I've finally made it home after "dinner" and a movie and can eat my fajitas that they put in a to go box for me at no charge... They are about as bad as the service, but I mean I ordered them around 5 hours ago. Maybe they should think about hiring a better manager.

Our service was crap. Took over an hour to get our food and the place was empty. Pretty sure our server forgot to place the order and then tried to blame “a backed up kitchen”. Took us 20 mins after we were finished to find her for our ticket and she never checked on us during the entire process.

Food was good but the service was terrible. Ten minute wait for our drink order to be taken. Food took forever, salads arrives after the main meal. Stick to the Madison located for better service.

I have 3 favorites to this place. Tried a few things. But the chicken waffles are crazy good.

Came to eat with a friend & watch some football games. Bartender decides to change the TVs from the games we're watching because his team was coming on. I'll be avoiding this place for games.

Absolutely the worse service I have ever had at a Chili's. Not sure I will ever come back to this Chili's.

I'll say it again, the Caribbean Salad with grilled chicken is almost worth committing a felony for.
