Burger was good but the TVs were half of them not working.

Our waitress was friendly enough but definitely needed some help with customer service. She was sure to blame and I do mean blame a misunderstanding of me the customer when she should clarified it at the time of the order. Nevertheless, the order og wings and sides which I thought came with them

Food took over an hour to come out. Restaurant had maybe 7 tables in the entire place with people. Took 20 minutes to get drinks, steak and broccoli was bad. Server didn’t even ask how I wanted my steak cooked when I ordered it so I had to tell her medium rare.

At one point I tried to find a server to ask for another plate and there wasn’t any staff in the entire front of the restaurant.

Glass of water had debris in it.

. Husband liked his meal. I'm harder to please. Quite picky with what I will eat. Staff was friendly, table we sat at was unfortunately dirty and sticky. That's a turn off for me. Would consider trying it once more.

Where is the manager?

I feel like our server was the hostess. She was at least getting to our table. it’s not her fault that the food tasted so horrible. But it took 15 mins after our appetizer came out just to tell us they were out of Honey Chipotle and another 20 minutes after to get our food. The restaurant had 2 other tables open. One of the tables that was there just sat down so that was an open menu. Why did it take so long.

We tried the Spice Zing or whatever it was and it was horrible. the texture of the queso was nasty to the point even the taste was disgusting. The chicken was old.

The linecooks had the music blaring in the back to the point it was just clashing with the restaurant music. The restaurant was cold. Why have the restaurant open if your heaters arent working? Everything on our plate was just disgusting.

Poor greeter/server. We didnt even feel like leaving any sort of grat just because it was such a waste of our time to even be there. We barely ate our food, we literally lost our appetite. We just wanted to get out of there.

0 stars if possible. Chili’s HeadQuarters needs to audit. We will not be back.

We went on Saturday evening for appetizers' bf a movie. The host was wearing a filthy chillis t shirt, the restaurant was filthy, and there were 2 servers. There were only 8 tables of people when we arrived, but it took 40 mins fornus to get the appetizers platter. It took 25 mins to get a bottle of beer. The waitress never offered refills or another drink. I think these corporations are screwing the customers and understaffing on purpose. We will not return. I would rather go to Drakes.

I wouldn't know how the food is. They only had 1 server and no host on a Saturday night 2 hours before closing and we waited forever to be seated before deciding to just leave.

EDIT: We gave Chili's in Jones Valley another chance. I seriously wish we hadn't. First the restaurant was half empty but we still had a 15 min wait. They don't have many servers, no big deal. We sat, no one took our drink order for 20 mins, then the servers argued over whose table we were. Finally we got our drinks and food ordered, we waited 30 mins for food. No one else had any food either. Finally got our food. Mediocre, my fiance said the burger was disgusting and barely ate it. The appetizers were the best part. Drinks sat empty forever. I'm honestly thisty as hell writing this cus mine is still empty.

The worst part is it was easily 85 degrees in there. My fiance was sweating so much he couldn't eat. He wanted to leave so badly but we had to wait for our check forever. It was like torture. Too hot to eat, sweating profusely, empty drinks. Just turn on the AC for the love of God. It felt better outside where it was 92.

This place is the place to be. The food, the atmosphere, and most importantly Marybeth. She has eyes as blue as the Mediterranean, and she keeps the blue moons coming.

Our server was nice. I felt bad for him for having 1 table walk out (didn't even tip) because the food took too long. A lot of people take it out on the servers, when it's out of their control.
Our food was good.
But the kitchen..... we heard every cuss word that was being said. Yelling and screaming. Not what we wanted to hear when trying to enjoy a date day.
And the bathroom.... i am glad that I ate before going to the bathroom because if I saw that before our food, that would have done it for me.
I have served in many restaurants and one thing for sure is any manager I have ever had, would have not allowed us to scream, yell and cuss every word there is to say when we had customers in the dining room that could hear it all.

After waiting on our food today for an hour we asked to speak to a manager. She wouldn't come speak us , Said the drinks were on the house. Left hungry. Won't be back!

This place has been given so many chances. Usually it takes an hour for bad service, but they don't even have a host/hostess. 10 people waiting, nobody was seated. (I mean this literally, absolutely nobody was sitting in the main area, no hostess, no waitress, no host, no waiter. This place needs new management, or needs to be shutdown completely so something useful can go there.

I’ve tried this chilis 2 times. The first time we waited 20 minutes before getting asked our drink order, waited 40 minutes for food, and never had drinks. The second time we came there was about 8 people already waiting to be sat and slowly groups left one by one. We were never greeted, never sat, never acknowledged except by 3 servers who just looked at us and moved on even tho the sign said there was no host but to wait to be sat by a server. All I wanted was my skillet queso as it is my last meal before surgery but was highly let down. It’s surprising this place is still open considering it’s never good service :( my day is ruined (also i have never left a review before but am highly disappointed and sad).
