China Moon is a nice little spot located on the southern tip of Huntsville. The atmosphere is typical for a Chinese restaurant, with tables for 4 and larger tables for 8-10 diners. The service is fast and efficient, with a pleasant young man at the counter. They offer a buffet, but it's not set up at night. One customer enjoyed the General Tso's Chicken, which was slightly overcooked but had a good amount of heat. The meal came with a choice of rice, fried rice, and an egg roll. The egg roll was crispy, and the rice was delicious. The customer noted the cleanliness of the restroom and the restaurant in general.
