Ordered chicken crunchy tacos
They left out the chicken and gave me soft tortillas at 7pm

Very unorganized with orders during a rush. They don’t call out names so you don’t know if your order is ready. Still 5 stars. I know being busy sucks we just need communication

Worst chipotle that exists. Just trust me.

When you place a mobile order, you are stuck waiting behind everyone that has ordered DoorDash or something of that nature. I literally watched the main line be empty while many people were waiting for items to be fixed in the very small to go line. There has to be a way better way to do this.

The attitudes here are horrible. It’s literally filthy in here. It’s so sad, this location used to be nice and it’s turned into trash.

This location is always out of guacamole, you have workers just standing around in a daze, or running to back playing, while the line is out the door. No manager or Adult in sight. 3rd time I have been to this location, the drink station is nasty and understocked. Table has plates and food not thrown away. Asking for a receipt, the worker looks like you asked for them to spell Guacamole.

No food.. long wait.. I get home almost 30 mins away and find this. Never again.

This is the worst’s chipotle I have ever been to as far as wait time and cleanliness. Every time I go to this place the food orders are backed up and the employees are just standing around. The glass that you look through to pick your items is always dirty with food. I don’t even know how that happens. Possible because the server is giving taste test to the customers like the women behind me. They were out of stock of tabasco and the drinks. The only reason I go back is because it the only one near my house. This place needs to get its act together and clean this place up. This place should be ashamed for the amount of one star reviews and yet the crappy service continues.

Very rude workers 👎🏼didn’t want to take my order over me recording the food. Do better. Also place was all dirty and trash always overflowing🤮

I guess corporate got tired of the bad reviews because my delivery order through the app was absolutely wonderful. They forgot my tortilla on the side (that I was charged for) but other than that the food looked good tasted amazing and was so fresh! I was thoroughly surprised! I’m not sure who is in charge but you did a great job thank you!

No welcome, different setup, but mostly the food was just thrown into the bowl/bag. We did an online order for pickup and when we returned to the hotel, the containers were labeled wrong, the chicken order had steak, the steak order had chicken, and one was missing half the items and was only rice and steak. The protein portions still baffle me for what you pay for the dish.

Not what I expect for this overpriced food. My calls to the restaurant to remedy the situation went unanswered. We will not return to this Chipotle.

Was possibly the worst Chipotle I've been to, they are obviously understaffed and overworked, this Chipotle feels like their corporate has forgotten about them, the place looks like they never finished the construction, dirty and is being mis managed, I kinda feel bad for the folks that have to work here!
