I went in Sunday unsure of what I wanted. Danni was a great help, she helped me put together a custom salad to my liking. Very personable, awesome customer service, everyone was very welcoming and the food was fresh not spoiled or stale. The salad was absolutely delicious per usual. The service, food, and vibe of the servers was exceptional!

Delicious. I wish their seating area was a little more comfortable. The line to order stands right next to the seating so the whole time you are eating someone is standing right over you. I noticed we were the only couple seated inside during lunch and i think that may be why. Also to get to the drink machine you have to wade into the line of people waiting to order. I like the concept. The salads are great. it's just a little tight on space.

I ordered my food using the online app, and when I arrived to pick up my order it wasn't started. The reason was because they were out of some toppings (again) but no effort was made to let me know before I arrived to pick up. The lack of communication resulted in me wasting my entire lunch break with no lunch. Your team blamed the toppings supplier, but poor communication is no one's fault but yours.

We have been customers of this place for years, and unfortunately lately salads have not been made to order. I don’t normally do reviews like this but was very disappointed when my chicken pesto bowl, which has quinoa in it, was made leaving out the quinoa, not a dish modification I ordered. I’ll also add it was not busy at the time that these were picked up, so it would seem people are just not as attentive to making things and ensuring orders are correct. This is not the first time it’s happened just the first time I am writing a review about it. The salads are delicious and I’m sure we will keep ordering but for $15 each, have your employees pay attention to putting the ingredients in that people pay for.

Very similar business feel to my beloved Michigan Sweet-green. So naturally I would likely fall in love with this one. So far it’s been great!

If I lived in Huntsville I’d eat here multiple times per week. Delicious and healthy. I got the Asian Spring Bowl. Comes with shrimp and I added tofu.

Fresh, delicious salads in a hurry. I recently started going back to this Chop Chop. I used to go weekly when I worked in an office, but now that I work from home, I don't go out much. Summer heat changed that, and this was my second visit in as many weeks. I love the freshness of the ingredients and the friendly staff.
