Absolutely fantastic experience at Chuck E. Cheese! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun, clean, and perfect for a family outing.
A huge shoutout to Jessica, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer service, and she truly made our visit extra special.
If you’re looking for a great place to let the kids have fun while enjoying a stress-free experience, I highly recommend Chuck E. Cheese—especially with a team as awesome as Jessica’s! We’ll definitely be back!

Trashy ass place idea of making it right after ruining a 2 year olds birthday party is refunding not even 25% of the party's cost. In tickets . A large pizza . 4 drinks . And 30 play tokens . A party crosses over $300 and they overbooked and rushed and did the cake without my kid 🤦🏼♂️. I feel even more disrespected after this showed up in my mail today . They refuse to answer the phone so I can tell them about their selves . Pathetic. Don't EVER ruin your kids day with this ghetto ass money scam

Severely disappointed in this experience. I’m writing while still in the venue. I’ve been coming to this location for over twenty years, they have people that don’t work here anymore in uniform just talking to people. And they don’t serve beer or wine anymore because something broke a year ago. My advice get a real adult in there to be in charge of this location not a bunch of teenagers.

A lot has changed here. It's definitely not as fun nor as full of people like it used to be. We had booked a party and when we got there, there wasn't hardly any other customers there so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Katelyn hosted our Birthday party and she was amazing. She was very involved and on top of everything. On the other hand whoever had on the Chuck E. costume was terrible. She did not acknowledge the Birthday girl not one single time nor were her action compatible to the Chuck E. that was on the screen. Now days there are a lot more options of places to take kids for Birthday parties so unfortunately this was probably our last trip to Chuck E. Cheese

Love Chuck E Cheese. Anyone who expects to come here thinking and expecting it to not be crowded and then complain when it is, why don’t you go to any other arcade place and see how much more crowded it is? Dave and Busters or any other place is just as crowded if not more crowded. The pizza is good and the games are fun and DO NOT need updated. Updating the games takes the joy out of going to Chuck E. Cheese, these games are like a blast from the past. Go somewhere else if you want brand new games.
