My kids love chuckee cheese but it's unfortunate that this one is the only one close enough to go to. We get the summer pass the last 3 years and might forget it next year 1. They almost never stamp or check kids so you have to really keep your eye on your kid, like follow then around and not sit down. 2. Their games are always broken or messed up 3. We rarely see chuckee 4. The only game that I played while trying to strong arm through 2 hours of games at the rat casino was the minion game. My kids and I saved the cards and when I went to turn them in, they don't give you the tickets for them anymore so the game is now not even worth playing.

This location isn’t as clean as the Murfreesboro location. A lady in the parking lot asked for money before I got out of my car (not the greatest neighborhood). The staff here is nice and they have some great games. The pizza is always good. I have a gold play pass, so food is half off. We did not see Chuck E. here but we do every time in Murfreesboro. I live right between both locations but getting here is less traffic.

The Huntsville Chuck E Cheese is probably as good as could be hoped for given the type of play and eat for young- to-relatively young crowd could be. the workers are young, the trampoline area that is their new attraction is overpriced but cute. Also the pizza is good but overpriced.

A huge shoutout to Jessica, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer service, and she truly made our visit extra special.
If you’re looking for a great place to let the kids have fun while enjoying a stress-free experience, I highly recommend Chuck E. Cheese—especially with a team as awesome as Jessica’s! We’ll definitely be back!

Trashy ass place idea of making it right after ruining a 2 year olds birthday party is refunding not even 25% of the party's cost. In tickets . A large pizza . 4 drinks . And 30 play tokens . A party crosses over $300 and they overbooked and rushed and did the cake without my kid 🤦🏼♂️. I feel even more disrespected after this showed up in my mail today . They refuse to answer the phone so I can tell them about their selves . Pathetic. Don't EVER ruin your kids day with this ghetto ass money scam
