Went here for a wine flight on a date night and was very impressed. The staff really knows their stuff and presents it in a way I didn't feel like I was being talked down to not knowing anything about wine. 10/10 recommend and will be back!

Very cute and cozy place. Kat and Isabel were really sweet and helpful. Pretty small space but there’s extra seating upstairs as well.

First time experiencing this upscale location. Both of the ladies took great care of us and made some great recommendations as far wines go. Had live entertainment and plenty of seating available. Will definitely go back again.

Despite arriving during business hours, we were rudely turned away because of "wine club."

I haven’t stopped in awhile. We used to visit often but the staff wasn’t very interested in service. Today was no different, only worse. I stopped in & asked about products I was interested in. Tina let me know pretty quick that she didn’t care what I was interested in or if I even bought anything. Hostile, abrupt to the point of rudeness. I was friendly, quiet & properly dressed but she let me know that my business was not needed or appreciated. I’m male & Caucasian, reasonably affluent, can’t think of any other information that would be available to her. She doesn’t like all or some of that. Some less-traveled folks in our town seem to think that being rude, snide & arrogant is how people do it in the “big city”. My experience, around the world is the opposite. Upscale businesses usually act the opposite- friendly courteous service is key. My only regret is that I bought a bottle to be courteous myself. Gave ‘‘em a couple of years but they just got worse. We won’t be back. I regret paying for poor & intentionally incompetent service.

This review is for the most recent wine event held at the Children's Museum. The wine tasting was great however I wish the event details were a little more clear. I called the shop the day before to get clarification but the person who answered the phone was unsure. Passed hors d'oeuvres were fine, I just wish the event description stated that so I could have planned better.

10/10. Graeme is the best. I came just to see him as I found out he worked there. The drinks and food are amazing! Quality and effectiveness here. Will definitely return and always recommend.
