07-02-25: Hate to see this go. Not sure where else you can get a pizza buffet. Mellow Mushroom? Pizza Hut?
2015: Good service, good, cheap pizza. Good variety of pizzas. You don't get the Cadillac of pizza, but, what do you expect? This is just fast food pizza, nothing fancy.

Out of everything ! Didn't even have card to purchase for the games. Only drinks available was tea .. water.. and root beer. What food they had qas decent . Staff was overall polite. Be a good place for a new restaurant if anyone is interested! Literally out of everything including straws for the drinks but we're out of pretty much everything. Not very clean ! Bathroom were flooding !!! Discusting for a restaurant!!

The two employees working behind the counter didn't appear to want to be there. I had to ask for a bowl to get soup and was told there weren't but two, even though there were stacks of plates and bowls visible through the swinging doors.

The pizza was good and we were able to order specialty pizza to be put on the buffet. In 30 minutes I saw employees constantly cleaning also. Thats rare and much appreciated.
They don’t wear hair nets I almost ate somebody’s hair instantly made me sick to my stomach. Bathrooms are disgusting as well never will eat here again ! Lady was flopping her hair all over the food ! Told the lady there was a hair in our food she rolled her eyes and said ok . Didn’t apologize or nothing then began talking crap about us . This place is disgusting and the people working here as well , they should be shut down !!!

It would be great if there was more than 1/2 of a cold pizza on the buffet at a time. The last 3 times we have been here I have had to remind them the buffet is empty. You can’t continue to increase your prices if you can’t maintain enough food to feed a single family. It’s Sunday afternoon at 12:30. GET IT TOGETHER

I ordered door dash i asked for extra sauce and paid for itordered bbq pork and my pizza was burnt no sauce! Barely cheese on it and cold!!!!

I went to CiCi’s Pizza expecting a decent buffet experience, but the service was unbelievably slow. The pizza trays were often empty, and when they did bring out fresh pizzas, they were gone within minutes. On top of that, when I asked about taking some pizza to go, an employee told me it would be a dollar per slice—which is ridiculous for a place that advertises itself as “all-you-can-eat.” Nowhere did I see a clear sign explaining their to-go policy, which feels misleading.
What really made it worse was when the employee questioned why I would need a to-go box—as if it’s some absurd request. Maybe because I paid for a meal and expected reasonable flexibility? If I’m spending money on a buffet, I’d at least expect to take a couple of slices with me instead of feeling like I’m being nickel-and-dimed. For the price, you should either get better service, or they should rethink their policy instead of acting like customers are asking for too much.

Believe it or not they have come up in the world and this place is not as grimy and greasy as it was the last time I was here the pizza was actually delicious and so was everything else I was very amazed and overwhelmed by how good it really was good place to take the whole family it is delicious.

Nothing like what it use to be... salad bar was a little old hardly no toppings... long wait for pizzas and desserts i was just ready to go. So crowded and not enough workers to cook or clean tables.
