My husband and I came here a few months ago and we're massively disappointed. We have no plans to ever go back.
We had a reservation for 6pm but got there around 5:30. We stopped at the hostess stand and told the kid that we were early and asked if we could we sit at the bar. He said it was no problem to go ahead and seat us at our table. There were MAYBE three tables that had customers at them. Our waitress promptly greeted us. She was friendly and took our drink order. When she came back with our drinks she told us that they had a seating of over 90 people later and that if we wanted another drink from the bar we should order that as soon as possible. We were surprised by that comment considering the restaurant was not busy at all, and we were so early for our reservation. Now we felt rushed and like we couldn't enjoy ourselves. She came back almost immediately to take our order. My husband ordered the steak off of the menu, and asked for it to be cooked medium rare. Our food was brought out to us scarily quick. Less than 10 minutes quick. The waitress came back within two minutes of us getting our food and asked how it was. She came back again a couple minutes after that. My husband hadn't cut open his steak yet and she specifically asked him to go ahead and cut it to make sure it was cooked okay because they've had issues with that in the past... Big red flag. It was cooked well done. They had butterflied the cut, presumably to speed up cooking, and then way over cooked it. My husband isn't one to return food and we were already feeling rushed so he told the waitress it was fine. She looked relieved and walked away. Meanwhile, the manager (?) was also making rounds and stopping to talk to the tables. He seemed bored and like he was chatting up tables to have something to do. He stayed and talked to us for a couple minutes. Never actually asking about the food. The waitress came by again and dropped off our ticket... Didn't ask if we wanted dessert (which we did), never asked about getting us another drink, nothing. And then the manager guy comes by yet again to pick up conversation.... It was such a a bizarre dinner. Only one other table was sat while we were there. And we were in and out in about 30 minutes. Definitely not what you expect when spending that amount of money. Felt more like an Applebee's.
We ended up walking over to The Revivalist to get more drinks (which were much better than the ones we got here) and to get dessert. Had better service even though we just walked in. They were actually busy, unlike Co/Op. Had better food. Wasn't made to feel rushed. An all around better experience.
TL;DR We felt rushed and constantly bombarded by the staff as they came to talk or "check" on us. The food that was cooked right was mediocre. We were given our ticket to pay instead of asked if we wanted anything else. Ended up going to another restaurant afterwards to get drinks and dessert and had a much better experience there.

Waited 30 minutes for table only to be seated and told by couples on both side that table had been empty for 30 minutes but not cleaned. Then charged $100+ for leg quarter of a hen which was seasoned to perfection and rice pilaf that wasn’t on the menu. Manager uncaring and condescending about poor service, unwanted substitutions, and questionable hard chewy chunks in banana pudding. Zero accountability was taken and all problems were blamed on Chef. Service was good when the waitress was present, however she did volunteered she was in pain during service and failed to remove returned items from ticket. She also failed to communicate with kitchen or management about return items. Thank God for the bar!

I was deeply disappointed in the Valentine’s Day special menu. The mashed potatoes were flavorless and everything about the chocolate crème brûlée flight was awful. All of it tasted so bitter, except for the part that was literally just whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
The only redeeming part of the meal was the chocolate covered strawberries and the Prosecco. For $150 the meal was subpar.
Overall, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the service is nice but the food is beyond poor. The lobby was a playground of children staying at the hotel for a state wrestling tournament, which was annoying to be surrounded by kids running around screaming while out for Valentine’s Day dinner but I know the restaurant cannot control that.

My first time here and yes, I'll be back. Charlie our waiter was very helpful in helping us decide. My shrimp and grits was perfect. The catfish basket was delicious and fried just right...We went for lunch and will be back

Food was horrible. Grits were hard and shrimp was also hard, like it had been frozen for a real long time. The crawfish cakes also had like no flavor.

Not a great experience. They were out of the first two different glasses of wine we ordered. The grits in the Shrimp and Grits were still a little hard. Wait staff was helpful and kind.

We went to Co Op for the first time and were extremely impressed. You've got to try this hidden gem in Huntsville! The scallops were perfectly cooked, the pork loin was tender and flavorful, everything was fantastic. The desserts were wonderful and balanced, and presentation was beautiful. Our server, Lori, was helpful, attentive, and so friendly! She made our experience absolutely exceptional! We will definitely be back!

Me and my wife decided to eat here Sunday evening. The service was outstanding, the decor was outstanding, the food was absolute garbage that I wouldn't even feed to my dog. You were out of rolls, out of ice cream to make desserts, the roasted chicken was burnt to a crisp, and i get having crispy capers...but these were burnt caper dust things that tasted terrible. Our server said, you had a new chef in training. This experience was by far the worst weve ever had in Huntsville. If I'm paying $77 dollars for one entree, one app and one dessert...it better be top notch. This wasn't by a mile, have more pride in the food you serve.

Let’s be honest folks, there’s zero way this place is “farm to table, locally sourced” and serving frozen French fries and burgers that can ONLY BE COOKED WELL DONE??! What in the world.
The food was pretty good. I had the French toast and bacon. The bacon was rubbery and flimsy. The French toast was delicious - had a great crunch. Both my friends enjoyed theirs but the one who ordered an egg white omelette said it was very oily at the bottom of the bowl which made it a little unappealing.
In terms of service - The guy who sat us made it seem like we were bothering him when we showed up. Our waitress was good but we did spend a good amount of time waiting for her to come around for more water or the checks. We were one of 4-ish tables in the restaurant until a large group showed up so service could have been better.
Overall, better brunch places out there but I am interested in trying their lunch/dinner menu to see how it compares.
Parking: Located in the Embassy Suites and there isn’t clear parking for Co/Op.
