Was there Feb 1st and the service was great and I witnessed the guy working in the evening handle a very needy customer with a pleasant demeanor and smile on his face. Great job!!!!

We've always gone to Coldstone and had a great experience. This time was not the case- the kids wanted to try the Halloween special "Trick or Treat" and "31 nights of monster mash" We were told they did not know what was in them and we would need to read them the ingredients for them to make it even though the promo sticker was on the ice cream case. I'd be embarrassed even asking a customer for this being that it's something the store is promoting. We went ahead and told staff the ingredients and paid for our ice cream. This ice cream was complete mush, already mostly melted upon being served. I complained about the consistency of the ice cream and the guy at the register admitted he messed the batch up... I'd request to train your staff in your specials better than this.

I will never go back. I paid $15 for two smalls and the amount that was given to me was about the size of a spoon. Don’t waste your money!

What a disappointment!! We were very excited to get Cold Stone Creamery, as we live in a rural area where is not available to us. We had tried it in Florida and loved it so much we went every night of our trip. Tonight we ordered ahead online and when we arrived it they were very busy. Our order was wrong (one was the wrong size), melted even though they made it as I stood there and barely came to the top of the cup. One cup was supposed to have strawberries and had none. I did not return to get it fixed because there were people lined up out the door and all the workers appeared to be teens. I will not return to this establishment.

I ordered a smoothie and they gave me half! And the rest if the order took 40 minutes for watch smoothie! The workers forgot us... Yes it had a big line but we were forgotten! Please take off smoothies from the menu or get more experience for one.

My ice cream was very small. I was surprised at the small serving. Tasted good. Needed more staffing, especially with the summer coming on. Staff was busy and didn't seem to put much care into the service. But I understood their pain...long lines.

Placed a togo order for 2 ice creams, it took almost 45 minutes for us to even get our ice cream because they just left our online order aside.

Normally I would say that I love this place and the people who work there. Yesterday night I took my two kids to get ice-cream as a birthday gift since that's what they have been wanting for their birthday but the night was ruined when we saw an employee drunk beyond repair in the back. Never visting this place again!!

The ice cream was good but the one star is given solely because of bad customer service. A young male employee caught an attitude with me when I said “apple pie” flavor instead of “apple pie a la cold stone,” it wasn’t him correcting me that was rude, it was his body language and his tone that really shocked because I was trying to be polite with him when asking for the flavor but he corrected me passively aggressively and then continued making my ice cream, and then kind of just plopping my ice cream down on the counter in front of me. This was my first time at cold stone, so it just made me upset that this was my first experience.

The staff was very plesant.

Stopped by tidays to get a peanut butter milkshake. Never was asked the size I wanted. Employee said they didn’t have pb milkshakes (I got one here before), so she put milk, ice cream, Reese’s cups and guess what else…. PEANUT BUTTER!!! Leave off the Reese’s cups and you got a pb milkshake- exactly what I asked for in the beginning! Poured it in the biggest cup they had without once again what size. Don’t think I’ll be returning here since they do what they want regardless of what the customer asks for. Also filled it full of whipped topping.

Great variety, but could use a nice cleaning. Staff also tends to seem miserable.
