I don’t recommend when I ordered the fries was half done and the chill tast burnt btw I ordered Chili fries with jalapeños on it they didn’t even put it on there 🤦🏽♀️

I've been to cook-out a few times and have been less than impressed by the service here. The employees are excessively rude and they rush you through your order. The cashier at the window, Carley, is terrible and has a very bad attitude. Yanking money out of your hand and basically throwing your food in your face. 0/10 won't be back

Person taking orders can't take an accurate order at all. Repeated ourselves several times and he just couldn't get it right. Ended up missing several things. I like the restraunt but not this location.

Clean lobby, fast service. Grill could maybe use a cleaning but not awful.
Stopped by for a drive-thru lunch. Got 2 regular Cook-out burgers with cheese, pickles, and condiments. The burgers were great, especially with those fresh snapping-crisp pickles. The fries were delicious, too, and the young man at the window was courteous. Next time I'm by this way, I'll do a repeat!

I use to love eating from cookout when I lived in Virginia because the food was fresh I’m so good so when I found the location I couldn’t wait to get food from them but once I got my food it was definitely not what I expected. Spicy chicken sandwich was small and not fresh at all and there was much fries given, quesadilla was very thin and didn’t taste right. My son ordered a Quesadilla but it also looked the same, he got double fried with cheese but it really didn’t look like double fries it looked like a regular order of fries after comparing it with mine but overall the cheese fries was the only thing that was good
