Corralejos Mexican Grill

Absolutely LOVE this place. As a vegetarian its usually easy to find something to eat at a Mexican restaurant, but that doesn't mean it'll be any good. But Corralejos does it RIGHT. I can't recommend the Burrito Vegetarian enough, even for meat eaters. Absolutely delicious! Our server was nice and very quick to bring us our drinks and take our orders. And while waiting for our food, I got to enjoy the atmosphere. All of the tables and chairs are hand painted, which is quite charming! Though we didn't need to wait long: for a Saturday night our food was brought out very quickly. And after we paid, we discovered this place has rewards, which is unique for a sit-down restaurant and much appreciated! We will definitely be coming back; this will now be a staple restaurant of mine!

Wonderful place ! The buffalo wings and the mexi egg rolls were out of this world ! My family and I will be back. ☺️

Food was not good at all… the food had no seasoning and zero flavor. We got the chicken enchiladas and steak with beans and rice nothing was good, not even the chips and salsa. I would not recommend to my worst enemy! FOR 40 DOLLARS…..MONEY GONE!

This place is outstanding. Had a quesadilla entree with steak, chicken and shrimp. Was simply perfect. The staff was also extremely friendly and the atmosphere felt very comfortable. The best Mexican restaurant I've tried in Huntsville.

Corralejos was a great authentic Mexican restaurant for our group of five. Our waiter was very attentive and our food was brought out in a timely manner and was hot and appetizing. Everything looked and tasted amazing. We would definitely recommend Corralejos, for sure!

The food is excellent!

Unfortunately, I had been overlooking this restaurant since they opened. The food here is the best Mexican food I’ve had in the HSV area (and I’ve tried a lot). It’s fresh and flavorful. The service was top notch as well. The atmosphere is a little lacking, if a vibe-y place is a must for you, but with all things considered, I don’t even care.

The best Mexican food I’ve had in Huntsville. The portions are big and the food is delicious. Seriously give this place a try, you won’t regret it!!

Some of the best Mexican food you can get in Huntsville! They have good classic Mexican dishes, American classics like wings and burgers, as well as fusions like Mexican egg rolls. Great margaritas. Staff is super nice and service is quick without cutting corners. They also do great catering! Had them cater my birthday party of almost 100 people and everyone loved them!
