Absolutely LOVE this place. As a vegetarian its usually easy to find something to eat at a Mexican restaurant, but that doesn't mean it'll be any good. But Corralejos does it RIGHT. I can't recommend the Burrito Vegetarian enough, even for meat eaters. Absolutely delicious! Our server was nice and very quick to bring us our drinks and take our orders. This place is outstanding. Had a quesadilla entree with steak, chicken and shrimp. Was simply perfect. The staff was also extremely friendly and the atmosphere felt very comfortable. The best Mexican restaurant I've tried in Huntsville.
Corralejos was a great authentic Mexican restaurant for our group of five. Our waiter was very attentive and our food was brought out in a timely manner and was hot and appetizing. Everything looked and tasted amazing. We would definitely recommend Corralejos, for sure!
