Started out good. The host was friendly. The waitress was friendly. Downhill from there. Had to look up child’s menu online to order. They didn’t have any. Service was extremely slow. Over easy eggs came out wellllllll done. Biscuits were literally black from being burnt. Asked several times for butter and jelly. I guess third times a charm. While the BBQ ribs were really good and plentiful the portions of the sides were embarrassing. Literally three bites of pintos and two bites of turnip greens and they were gone. Overall not Cracker Barrel’s best day.

I generally have a good meal anytime I stop at a cracker barrel, but this visit wasn't the best, had the new shrimp and sausage over grits in a Cajun sauce, the wife had a new york strip, both entrees had zero flavor, we had to pour salt and pepper to the food, wife even got some A1 and still no flavor, not very good this trip

This is the worst cracker barrel we have ate at, and we have traveled the country several times!

My wife's bacon was barely cooked, if you can call it that. It didn't look safe to eat.

My eggs were very runny...I don't know if the cook knows what over medium eggs are. My steak was overcooked. The best part of my meal was honestly the A1 Steak sauce.

The service was very slow, likely the longest we have experienced at a cracker barrel. To top it all off, we were even charged for an extra drink.

I would avoid the cracker barrel at all costs. I regret not going to the local diner next to it. I'd try that instead.

Me and my Daughter came in for our Valentine’s Day lunch. We were greeted at the door by the retail manager, Stephanie, who helped me shop and even helped me to pick out my daughters Easter outfit and took it to the register to wait for me while I ate Lunch! We were sat quickly and greeted promptly where Melissa took excellent care of us! Even with a busy Friday lunch rush we got our food quickly. Everything tasted delicious. Was fresh and hot. The manager in the dining room, Kim, came by to check on us to ensure we had a nice lunch. Overall a great experience! Thank ya’ll so much!

It was a day of rain, we had a table by the fireplace which really felt good. My wife and I split a chicken fried steak. It was very good and enough to satisfy both of us.

Considering this place was really busy for breakfast and they only had 2 waitresses on tables -they did an excellent job as usual

Dietary restrictions: They actually have a pretty good menu if you're on a diet as well

Kid-friendliness: Call Normal kids will like this place 😁

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes the building is completely ADA compliant with ramps, bathrooms and tables

Service was okay, but the food was not very good. When we got the pancakes, they were hard and almost everything else was cold.

The last few times when we’ve been to this location we’ve been disappointed in the food and the service. The quality just isn’t what it used to be. We had to remind the server to bring the biscuits. My soup and salad combo were very small portions. I ordered a dessert that the menu said included ice cream. It was brought without, when I asked the server she said it was an extra charge, I pointed to the menu where it said it was included and she just shrugged.

Our waitress, Casie (I think), was superb!

Wheelchair accessibility: I recently had surgery and it was easy to get into the restaurant although it would have been nice to have the doors open automatically.

The food gets one ding because it was barely warm. The service gets a five star because my server was exceptionally good and the atmosphere gets one star because some of us like to shop around the store while there, and it gets old when the young lady disguised as Raggedy Ann repeatedly approaches the same customers asking if they are finding everything and advising them to check out the sale items. Then when you remind her she has already made you aware, she gets snippy and tells you “I’m just doing my job, it’s what I am paid to do.” At that time, my job was to leave and look no further at items in the store.

The server was not overwhelmed; however, they were unable to respond to requests accurately. One thing that is often overlooked by the server is the need for saucers to be given for our bread to be placed on while waiting for our food. The bread that was given was not a mix of biscuits and cornbread muffins like we had asked, so a second trip for cornbread was needed. The cooking staff failed to put hushpuppies on the plate with my wife's order. The country gravy as a side my daughter asked for wasn't brought with order and was brought later but the gravy tasted awful. It appeared as though the staff was newer except for those filling online orders.

Parking: You'll need to be familiar with the location to gain entry to parking since the store is on the corner of a busy intersection.

Took a really long time for our server to come. Took forever to get our food eggs came wrong was supposed to get 3only got 2. Ham portion was really small usually they give you 2 pieces only got 1. No spoon for coffee forgot our gravy for our biscuits had to go get a different server couldn't find ours. Had to use fork for gravy and knife for coffee got 2 refill with noore creamers. Overall it was not a good experience.
