Just traditional and I like that. The south ironically has a deficit of country food places, especially those that feel homey. For me and my family, Cracker Barrel is a place of nostalgia and comfort. The food has changed a little, I miss the roast beef, and as long as that woke CEO doesn't come out with any more STUPID ideas, this place is an American Standard.

It’s been a while since I last ate here. The food was decent, but our waitress was very hateful in her tone. Her attitude worsened when we casually pointed out an item that she forgot as part of our order, and when she came back with it, she slammed it on the table and cried “Here you go!” After that experience, I decided to not leave a tip and never returned since then.
Good place
If you're looking for the bottom of the barrel, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
The food at this location is solid and reliably comforting, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is exactly what you expect from a old school country-style restaurant.

The food was good. But the butter was so cold I could NOT spread it on my pancakes without destroying the pancakes.

Tawana was our server. We request her every Sunday we go there. By far the best service I've ever received.

The food was good it just seems that we ate paying more money for smaller portions.

The food and staff were amazing. The all day moms breakfast with french toast was so yummy. I also went shopping afterward and purchased my Christmas gifts. My server was new but he was so kind and he made sure I didn't need anything. He was at the table if I simply looked up at him. I never had to ask for refills he saw my glass low he just brought me more tea refills.
We had pecan pancakes on a Sunday morning. They were the best part of our encounter with Cracker Barrel. Waitress did not connect with us. We were just part of the process. What ever happened to genuine customer service? For a chilly morning, we were sad the fireplace was not going.

I was so happy to be in here after all the controversy. Everything was the way it should be!! My server was so respectful... even when someone tried to text his patience (not me). The food was on spot! Always love just walking around the store!!!

Our server was only 17 and SO good at her job! She handled our table of 13 very well. For her alone, I would go back to this Cracker Barrel!

Austin was awesome.. He needs a raise!! Went in to pickup and was not done. He assured me that he would keep an eye out.. He made it his mission to help me out and I thank him for that.

Cracker Barrel needs to improve the quality of their food. My ham looked like it had been cooked in a dirty skillet. I asked for soft eggs and they can't cook them properly.
