I have been getting Crystal Mountain water for many years And I wouldn’t drink any other bottled water. Delivery is always smooth and if I have to change my schedule, all I do is call and they’re very friendly and accommodating.

After messing up our water delivery MULTIPLE times, and reaching out MULTIPLE times to no avail I decided to finally cancel our account after almost 2 years of doing business. Truly not worth the headache. I have asked for an update on when they can pick up our empty bottles over and over and over again and was told a certain date. No one ever showed and I was home all week, so there are no excuses. They are extremely unorganized, unapologetic and honestly just practicing bad business. Getting water from them was never a necessity which is why the decision to sever our relationship came even easier. Do better. It's honestly embarrassing.

After having many problems with Crystal Springs we signed up with Crystal Mountain and have been very pleased. The purified water tastes nice and customer service is efficient with great southern charm.

Yep, in a previous job. I had *that* job (other duties as assigned) of stocking the company water cooler. At times I would go by the store itself and the nice guys there would put the 5 gallon (I think it was) jugs of water in my car for me. We would put the back seat seatbelts around each jug to ensure they didn't roll around and perhaps bust open. The receptionist was always sweet, and talkative and she grew up with my stepdaughter. We always enjoyed a brief chat in person or shared cellphone pictures. Other times, at two locations, Crystal Mountain would deliver. (It was up to me, both options are available) and every driver was friendly, courteous, and would goabove and beyond to help me schlep the jugs to the second floor. We were cash clients so I cannot attest to their billing department. It was always a nice treat to "sneak off" early some days to drop by their office on my way home, load up, and then offload (with the help of a kind coworker) and refill the company cooler the next day. :) Crystal Mountain was always a pleasant experience for me! (Even though, between you and me, I'm glad I no longer work at that company, and no longer have this additional duty as required.) :-D
