Bad service. Woman up front ignored me completely for a minute or two before the guy came out of the back. Someone should tell these people that the definition of a curbside order, is for it to be brought out to the car. Order was over 20 mins overdue so went in to see what was up only to find my food had been sitting under a heat lamp for god knows how long. Food was alright I guess. Ice machine was broken w/ no signage to indicate it as such, coke tasted pretty awful also. It'll be a long time before I return.

This is the first time I've eaten at this location in a while. I asked for two extra cups of sauce, and they said I needed to pay. That's totally fine, most places do this. But they charged me $3 for two cups of sauce, probably about 3oz each. Most fast food restaurants charge .25 to .50 for an extra cup, not a 1.5. My hot fudge sundae was also 95% ice cream and the smallest drizzle of hot fudge. I don't plan on wasting my money here again

not entirely sure if the cashier was sentient but the cook staff surely were not. Pretzel order was inedible and stiff enough you could play the drums.

Rude as hell. Literally screamed at me in the drive through.

Our family (13 people) gathered inside 7-9-2025. We were eating dinner and getting ice cream.
I have to say I have stopped going to fast food establishments because service SUCKS and the orders are ALWAYS wrong.
I decided to have us all trickle in as we arrived and order food because I thought it was going to be a shiot show.
It was NOT a shiot show to my surprise...
1st order was for 7 of us. We received our food all 7 combos within 5 minutes delivered to our table. I was shocked. The food was Hot fresh and spot on. The second round of us arrived and received the same service and food. One on the burgers was not plain like requested you know what there are worst things in life.
Then it was time for ice cream. It was 12 orders and they came out delivered to our table 1 at a time made to order. All 12 assembled one at a time within 5 mins.
I hope the next time we gather here we will receive the same service and quality food.

On a side note some of the reviews on here are jacked up. How you gonna waste your time to complain about door dash on a review for dairy queen? About a dollar donation to help feed the hungry? About melted ice-cream when you drove all the way home with 55/2 AC in your car. Not getting a lid on a banana split. You paid twice at the window and didn't get banana in your banana on your banana split and post a picture of the banana on the banana split. Yall are what is wrong with......

The food is good but the staff have attitudes.

This Dairy Queen location is apparently under new management. The new management no longer provides Lids to ice-cream that comes in a clear plastic cup or dish. If I'm in the drive through my banana split is "to-go" and needs a lid for the drive home.
