Wonderful Service the manger Charles and the bartender Kris was amazing. helping me make order being my first time at Dave busters definitely would go back fun games good food and drinks highly would recommend the Cajun pasta

Awesome service. The waitress was very knowledgeable and we had a blast playing games after supper.

Fire custodian. Believe their name was Randy or Randall .. makes inappropriate comments and harassed I and friends at the crane. Food was okay although atmosphere seemed very uneasy workers seem to be put under stress by who ill assume is GM very rude will not be coming back.

The games were Stealing my chips that I paid $50 bucks for. I kept having to reswipe the card over and over before it would allow the game to work... the machine tech looked it up and SAW on the screen that it was swiped 6 and 7 times at one game back to back (the times are shown by the swipes) and yet he only gave me $8 dollars worth of playing chips back....

I asked him how many chips were $8, he said he didn't know.

After only TWO PLAYS, my card said it was out of chips.... when I take the card back to him and say, I think you gave me the wrong card because this one is Already not working again-- thays when he admits that $8 was only 30 or so chips and would only go for about 3 game plays.

These people have NO REMORSE for the money that you spend to give your kids a good time. THEY KNOW GOOD AND WELL that the directions for these games do not cover Everything that happens wrong with them!! If it doesn't work immediately, the average person will swipe the card AGAIN thinking they did something wrong....

I lost HALF OF MY GAME CHIP PLAYING TIME DOING NOTHING BUT SWIPING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE MACHINE.

THE GAME TECH'S NAME WAS MICHAEL. HES A PRICK AND DOESNT CARE. He acted like he thought I was lying.... I hate that my kids were present, or else I would've told him where he could shove it...

PLEASE WATCH YOUR CHIPS AND SWIPES AT THIS PLACE-- CALL SOMEONE ASAP IF THE GAME DOESNT WORK IMMEDIATELY, THEY DO NOT CARE

We never eat here but play games. There were some games out of order and the air hockey game was messed up but still open to play (the puck was all rough underside and the table barely had air).

The worker in the reward room was friendly.

Had a great time playing games. The food was definitely not worth the price and didn't taste good.

This was the worst experience I think I have ever had. I will say it was incredibly loud and busy and I get they were short staffed but what I experienced was unacceptable. my reservation was for 630. The waitress introduced herself, said she would be right back and didn't come back until 7. We ordered drinks and food. I did not get my WATER and my friend did not get her sprite until 745!!!! People in our party were getting impatient (because our waitress kept ignoring our table and our drinks were taking forever- they went to the bar to get drinks - and they got them immediately). Then the waitress proceeded to get mad when we kept going to the bar to get drinks. The manager came to us and told us we cannot have more than one drink in front of us (there was a party of 9 of us- people were trying to order multiple shots because we were celebrating 2 birthdays). We then watched our waitress deliberately ignore us and wouldn't come to our table to speak to us. We also watched multiple tables and people at the bar with multiple drinks in front of them.

Service was very slow, no one was there to greet us for 15 minutes with our reservation. Food portion was smaller than usual and taste was less than amazing. Fair food for having fun playing games! Super loud place but full of energy to play!

We reserved a table but after sitting for 15 minutes the waiter never came. We decided to go sit at the bar and drink before we played. The bartenders were responsive and nice, but the experience or lack of with the waiter made us upset. We weren't hungry just wanted to have a desert( D&B has a very limited desert menu), drink, & play comfortably for my husband's birthday. We'll be back to give it a second chance but the first impression from our waiter was impactful

So loud, it was difficult to hear the server. He did a great job taking care of us. A few of the games were out of order, but the game area was clean, and most games worked. Both my daughter and I got sick from the meal, and we had to leave.

We went to celebrate my birthday. It was our first time ever at a Dave and Buster's. The food was awesome, the staff was so kind and friendly and really on top of everything. We had a great time. It was a little louder than what I'm used to and we had to yell a little bit across the table, but overall it was a great time.

Stephanie was fantastic! She had such a great personality. Our order was 100% correct. We never ran out of drinks. She took fantastic care of our table.

I brought my son and three grandkids to the Huntsville location for his birthday. after lots of play (and money spent), we wanted to get a meal around mid-afternoon. We sat at the high tables near the bar and a very friendly server said we would be more comfortable at in a booth as 5 of us were at a 4-seater table. We moved to the booth (all seven of them were empty), and she took our orders. After about ten minutes, another employee began telling her off, rushed over to us, and said we could not sit at the booth unless we went to the front and stood in line (there was one family in the line). I explained we had already placed our order and she responded that she didn't care. We left, and spent $179 on our meal at another restaurant within walking distance. Way to keep customers!

We had a reservation for one family. They did not bring us our food for over two hours. The 7 and 9 year Olds were last to get their food. Then we went to the arcade that was very expensive, and the prizes did not come with all the parts. We won a charger with the tickets and they did not include the charger just the plastic 3 d base. My son almost cried on the way home. I will never go to Dave and Busters again after the horrendous waiting for food and the rip off prizes. I would have rather eaten fast food and gone to another arcade.
