Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I live in TX where Dickey’s was founded and this is very upsetting... Ordered UberEats from this Huntsville location and was missing my drink, sides and freaking BBQ sauce! Very confusing because my receipt CLEARLY shows I ordered and paid for these items. Expecting a refund. Terrible!

This place is disgusting. The floor was littered with garbage and looked like it hadn't been mopped, swept, or vacuumed in months. The menu is full of prices ductaped over prices multiple times and sharpie covering old items. Food was also gross. Meats tastes dry and rubbery. Mac and cheese was good though. Staff was good and got food very quick, but the quality of food reflected the quality of care for the building.

I ordered through Instant cart last week in which the contracted my delivery through Uber Eats and nevertheless received my food nor money back. Could not talk to nobody either $45 wasted!!!

Gave someone a 2 day old potato instead of ribs and then refused to refund. Not open the posted hours, closes early / when they feel like it. No actual human for customer service, just a worthless chat bot. Management can't tell the difference between a DoorDash and an in-house worker, probably why they're still working a restaurant job as they approach retirement.

Struggling location. Staff isn’t motivated. Floors, walks, furnishings are beyond dirty.
Food was ok but we all left worried we might get sick afterwards.
There are much better choices. Sad this place will probably close soon. Health rating was an 88. I believe that was a generous rating.

Food is always great. The dining area is dark, though.

Great for lunch, but I would go elsewhere for dinner.

Vegetarian options: You came to the wrong place.

Wheelchair accessibility: If you don't have a pusher, then you might have some difficulties getting through the door. The door can be tough to open and doesn't have an auto open feature

I changed my rating this time. The portions look like scrap food. I opened the online order and the sides were so small..you can eat in 1 or 2 bites. We thought the ribs were a joke. Like we got three pieces of bones. I'm not sure if they are truly struggling to survive because this is not normal servings. Truly scraps. I almost considered ordering the Thanksgiving package..just imagine your surprise! Hope they improve since I am not coming back. Great location though.

Used to be one of my favorite BBQ spots in town. The quality of the food, service, and the general cleanliness of the store has taken a downturn. Only reason I’m not giving less stars is the waffle fries… they’re legit. Quite honestly the only reason I keep coming back.

Walked in and the place was dark. Like they were closed. It was 5:45 pm on a Thursday. The food we ordered online for takeout was anything less than appetizing. $40 spent on two single meat plates, no drinks, and the meat portion was a child's meal size. We have dined there before and walked out satisfied, this was laughable for what they charged. Never going back again!!! Pictures are of my chopped brisket plate and my wifes sliced brisket. Both were cold! Sides were cold as well. Don’t waste your time or money on this place!!
