I’ve eaten here several times recently and the food has always been amazing and with great customer service!! I would definitely recommend and will be eating here again. I’m not sure why there are so many bad ratings. The meat is weighed out so you get what you pay for. Everywhere you go prices are high these days.

The food is excellent when you get what you order. Main issue being if you order through a delivery service alot of times they substitute pork for beef.

I haven’t had a reasonable eating experience here after a few lunches. The beef seems like cutter, or canner quality. The brisket is a little dry, compressed, and low on flavor. Not chewy but only edible; nothing more. Good sauce and sides. I suppose if a place has an established policy the food quality, especially for bbq, leans on the tenants actually getting up and tending the fires; the process of prepping, smoking, and monitoring. This location just isn’t … not upset but definitely not interested anymore.

First time coming here in a minute. I ordered the ribs combo online and I was disappointed that there wasn't more information on the website telling you how many ribs you got. I got three ribs...THREE! And they didn't have sauce on them. That may be my fault, because I might have missed the option on the order page to add sauce. Either way you expect ribs to come sauced. Even though I ordered 15 minutes before pick up my food wasn't even hot. The fries were lukewarm. I can't believe I paid $17 for a cup because that was the only part of the meal that was worth it.
