Sadly, this restaurant has declined. In the past years, it was one of my favorites, not now. They must have a different cook. We've made 3 trips in the past 4 months, and not once was the food good. We will be searching for a new Chinese restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Poor access to both the building and the parking.

Did they go through a change in ownership? Food is not the same. Pot stickers were cold. Shrimp dim sum’s were cold. They were very disappointing. Fried rice that came with the dish was cold and looked old. I ordered kung pao shrimp, pork lo mein, egg fu young, Mongolian beef, and general tso’s chicken for lunch along with the dim sum. Only general tso was good-ish. This used to be my favorite restaurant. ill give this place a few more tries but it is disappointing.

We’ve always loved Ding How! Their food is really good and very reasonable. The atmosphere is nice and quiet and the service and so also very good! We’ve been going here for many years!

We ordered takeout and were very disappointed with the so-so quality food and super stingy portion sizes, given the prices. Won't be back.

The pot stickers were cold and the meat inside looked under cooked. We ordered the shrimp dumplings and never got them. The general tso chicken was cold. The only thing that was half decent was the hot and sour soup. I tried telling the waitress and she wouldn’t listen. She walked on by. Service was terrible.Read the other reviews and save yourself a trip and your hard earned money and go somewhere else. We won’t be back.

Been here a few times. Not sure why though. The food is terrible. It all looks the same and tastes the same. Heavily oiled down slop. I literally have eaten 4 bites of food the few times I've been here. I'm regretting that too. Panda Express is a godsend compared to the shit hole. I'm pretty sure the good reviews this place has gotten are by people that haven't got a clue what good Chinese food is. I honestly did not expect there to be authentic good Chinese cuisine in Huntsville anyway. Maybe in the future some authentic Chinese restaurants may open here. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
I went in a little after 2 pm. My fist time visiting this establishment. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. I asked for the pork and shrimp dumplings, but the waitress told me that was only for lunch. I asked if any available for dinner and she said "No, only potsticker." I ordered the General Tso dinner. It was small mostly breading, barely any chicken, drenched in sweet and sour sauce, with just a hint of spice. It was only tolerable. I make General Tso's chicken at home and know the ingredients to make it. This was not even close. There may be other dishes that are better. The egg roll was very good. The fried rice was mediocre.

We ate in-house today for a second time after two take-out experiences. As usual the food was very good. At our last eat-in experience, it was late afternoon, and the restaurant had only a few tables seated. At that time our waitress was briskly efficient, but not terribly friendly. Today we were there for Sunday lunch. We had a short wait, and the restaurant was full and busy. The same waitress as the time before was high on efficiency but low on charm. When we said we had questions, she rolled her eyes. All in all we enjoy the food, but the service is not rude but also not welcoming.

One of my favorite restaurants! Can't go wrong with the hot and sour chicken or Mongolian beef!
