Domino's Pizza

I love playing roulette to see who's pizza I end up with. Service was abysmal and I ended up with much less than I paid for.... Whoever got my pizza got lucky I guess.

worst dominos in town. no one answers the phone. they may or may not get the order right. i would not suggest this dominos to anyone.

Never had a problem using the app on daytime..Nightmare was at nighttime. Tracking said it was ready..Sorry! Waited at the store seemed forever! Got my cash back

I placed an order through the dominoes app at 6:16 pm last night and it was never delivered!! I called the store to speak to a manager and waited for almost 2 hours on the phone and no one answered!!! I was still charged for the order despite it being canceled 3 hours later. I was not notified through email or phone call from the location, just went to the tracker and it said canceled. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional to not answer the phone when customers are trying to get information orders they have placed to feed their family!! It's the next day and I am still trying to get in contact with someone for a refund!! I wish I could give 0 stars because that's exactly how much of my order was delivered!!

Pizza, bleh. Not top quality, even for Dominoes. Delivery guy 👍!

I live 2 minutes from this domino's, and eat there frequently.. but there is always something wrong with my order. And when you call back to let them know of their mistakes they treat you like it's your fault. Customer service is crap. Very disappointing. Would rather drive to Winchester to get my food

Just ordered here and I don’t order delivery hardly ever because I don’t like to pay for it so I pick it up. Decided to get it delivered and when it came there was no cheese on half the pizza not even joking. Not only was there no cheese it was overcooked too! LOL I got two sandwiches as well and they had cheese burnt all over them, like oozing out the sides and burnt. I never order at this dominos because every time I have there is something wrong with it. I haven’t ordered here in like over a year or more and won’t ever again. If u can go to the one on Andrew they are great they just may not deliver to your area. But save your money this location is awful!!

I do not recommend this store. They messed up one of the pizzas on our order (got a thin crust pepperoni instead of a chicken alfredo). When we called the store to tell them and get the order fixed, the automatic system put us on hold, and no one answered the phone for 60 minutes (we hung up after no one answered). Super uncool of the store.

*A few updates. Mostly the time we were on hold for. The Team DAK bot replied to this review before the 30 minute "on hold" mark. How sad is that?

I got a 14 inch 1 topping and they didn't put enough toppings to fill in the empty spaces. It was pretty good other than that.

A friend and I got a pizza tonight that was first delivered to the wrong place. We work at the hospital so I can see where some confusion can happen but they even called and were directed on where to go. My big complaint is that we open the box and a fly flies out of the box. We have been on hold for almost 35 minutes and no one is answering. I'm grossed out.
