I keep having issues with this place and they won’t answer the phone or contact me when I reach out to them. Edit: I have already emailed. I’d like things made right considering I have spent money and didn’t get items that I paid for.

Called in the same number and address and I have not ever changed my name and I was called a stranger but it was not surprising that I was not labeled correctly and I explained that it is a mistake that I was hacked and phone was hacked but I am still the same person, military, address and Indendified I was not the individual who was named, laughed and said that I had been hacked by a individual and I was not the individual who was named for the number who appeared on the caller ID and said that I was just the same David black ops military from my last 5 years of delivery to my address and I was not even able to get my order taken, but I was just placed on hold 6 called attempts in a row and hung up on with no conversation with my self, I just got hanging up with my time with them picking up my calls and not ever saying anything for 45min straight. If you are American you don't want to do anything that is financially beneficial to the people who are under the impression that I am not worth talking to after 5 years of time with them delivering it to my family previously but they are not able to do anything but disregard my kids and my order and I have not ever been given the opportunity to be in argumentative or anything else except silent for explanations of my name is not the same as ur 5 years old previously ordered from number and I am still David from the military and the address is not charged and I was immediately shut down and get 6 call records for my own self to never be able to speak with anyone or placed any order. Ordered pan extravaganza for delivery. Pizza arrived ,I paid for it - $20.00 and some change. Took it into my kitchen,opened it and discovered that it was a cheese pizza. Cheese the only toping instead of extravaganza. Called Dominos and it was obvious that the girl I spoke to did not care about this problem and refused to make it good. She said I'd have to pay another $25.00 if I wanted extravaganza. Don't know where $20.00 charge came from. Surely they don't charge that much for a cheese pizza. This is the third problem I've had with them in the last two months. They've seen the last of my business. Automated answering system is also a disaster.

We usually enjoy ordering our pizza from this location. Usually always only get it delivered. Ordered our usual tonight and we get a call saying our location is out of their delivery area. Even after I submitted my order like we always have, for pizza night dinners, birthday party deliveries, get together etc at our home. For whatever reason the lady was consistent that they weren’t going to deliver to us tonight, “So are you going to come pick it up or not?” Needless to say I cancelled my order and got pizza from a competitor down the street, who is delivering our order to us. Not sure why tonight they weren’t going to deliver after all the many orders we have had delivered from this location.

Okay so we orders a large with ham pineapple chicken and Philly steak on hand tossed with Garlic Parmesan sauce, went and picked up paid cash got back home the pizza was so dried out over cooked pepperoni curled up stiff no sauce at all as requested just awful I know 10.54 isn’t a lot but our thing is we called back and they wanted either to bring back the pizza which is ridiculous after being in someone’s possession or pay for a delivery fee for reorder and the manager was not at all professional enough to come speak to me he kept sending messages by a worker who only been there for 3 days i think it needs major renovation towards the quality of food service professionalism management changes and throw out this nasty thing they call a pizza we will definitely not be coming here at all! Highly disappointed! If $10.54 makes this company rich verses losing a repeat customer KEEP IT!!
We ordered curbside pizza on Friday. This was our first visit to this location. We followed the “curbside” protocol, and after 30 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready, went in to check on our order. The man working the counter seemed particularly confused about a curbside order and several minutes later, a woman brought it from the back (not curbside). Not a huge issue, but a little inconvenient. The bigger issue was our pizzas was so over-cooked! Much of it was burnt, some around the sides but especially on the bottom. Tasted dried out, like overcooked cheese on a cracker-it was mostly inedible. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

Asked me the name on my order 3 different times because she was so discombobulated to just be on the job working. Orders are marked as ready to pickup when it's not ready so when you get to the store you have to wait.
