I placed my order at 1:29..it came cold and hard at 4:13pm I tried to cancel and I wasn't able to get through. I've asked for a refund and I haven't received it yet. Madison, Al..I will never order again

The first time I ordered for my daycare they were late so I called to inquire. Stayed on hold 20 minutes as I made my way to the store. Arrived at the store to a very irritated employee saying she was there by herself and that there was no delivery person. Fast forward to as we speak. Order was placed around 930 with a delivery time of 1045AM. Same issue. Order was late. Stayed on hold as I make my way to the store around 11AM. Greeted at the window to anemployee saying they were just now opening, short staff, system was not operating properly and no one had the knowledge to correct the issues. This store sucks!! And has on multiple occasions. My last time ordering anything from them for my daycare business. Please do not waste your time if you dont have a backup plan.

I've ordered from here several times and half the time they can't find the location. Tonight though I ordered 3 med pizzas for my coworkers about 25 mins before time to close. I was called back and given several excuses such as no gas in the delivery persons car. I offered to leave work and pick them up and then they said it's 12 mins before closing and he sounded like he didnt want to attempt the order. I understand it's about time to go but at least have the decency to not hang up on me. No lunch for night shift I guess.

We called 20minutes prior to close, they took our order told us when to expect it, charged us then called back five minutes later to say they decided to close early tonight so they could leave early, and our food would be cancelled. Great customer service.

The location at Zierdt Rd is incapable of making an order correctly. After living nearby for 3 years and never having an uneventful visit we took a break for ~6 months. Placed an order tonight online, stated it was ready at 5:15. Went to pick up at 5:30, was told AFTER my card was charged that my order was never made and they’d started it.
