Not thrilled about this location. I'm a smoker and working on quitting. I ordered pizza at the Triana location. Upon getting my pizza the young lady at the window was rude pointed to a sign and said next time I come to this location not to be smoking or vaping. Last I checked. Domino's doesn't own my vehicle. This is not good service. I will not be buying anything at this location again. I'll go out of my way to avoid this location. Trina Blvd Hsv.

Order delivery all the time, not sure which store it comes from. We Like the pan pizza and cheesy bread, and the desserts are also pretty good. Always on time or sooner. Don't like the boneless chicken and salads. Wish these were better. All and all, I'll continue ordering. Thanks.
Ordered delivery. An hour passed. So I called the store. Said there were no delivery drivers. So like. why didn’t you call me to tell me? They said they’d cancel my order and I’d get my money back if I came to pick it up and paid in store. I did that. Not only did I NOT get my money back (meaning I paid for it TWICE), my food was awful and part of my order was missing!! :) so I paid double for the worst dominos I’ve ever had, and a missing item. I reached out to corporate and they STILL didn’t make it right. Do not. I repeat. Do NOT. Order from this dominos. Also, dude that usually works the window - stop being so rude and actually smile for once. Learn some manners. Jesus Christ.

we been ordering from dominos for a while we took back some brownies because it was burnt black the women they didn't wanna give a refund or remake the brownies because a brownie was missing that don't make sense when they burnt the brownies and still gave it we been a good customer for a while now we ain't never coming back we going to another dominos more nicer people the women that work there I seen her touching her nose
Pizza is great, well made, almost perfection for pizza. Some delivery times can be improved upon, but when you have to account for busy hours, concerts, traffic, staffing. At night some areas have hard to see addresses which I noticed years ago when I first moved here and had to find houses as a home health aide. Once I picked up pizza in the store and it is immaculate. For fast food type business, that is saying something because places like Wendys on Memorial is filthy. I recommend Dominos.
Parking: Enough parking on both sides of the building. Easy to get in and out of on Triana.
We order from here all the time for pick up.? They always have it ready & with no mistakes! The drive thru person is friendly & can help when you may need more sauce.
