I am leaving this review because I genuinely feel so bad for the people who work at this location. It has been understaffed for months, the people that do work there look absolutely exhausted and lifeless every time I come. I know Domino’s pays state minimum wage ($7.25) and it’s not right. Those people who do show up to work are being burned out for a wage that can’t even afford them rent. This corporation is obviously heartless and I have lost respect for y’all as a customer. If y’all paid a decent wage y’all wouldn’t have a hard time staffing the restaurant. Your corporate greed is showing.

I ordered delivery and the notice said it would take 25-35 minutes. It took these people an hour and 30 minutes just to bring us the pizza we ordered and when we called the lady was not helpful at all and said that they can just “refund and cancel the food” will not be ordering from this location anymore! Not to mention by the time we got the food it was cold!

Only reason they get even a 1 star is because I can't give them a zero. I've been trying for 2 weeks now to reach someone at the customer support center to no avail. They have me send all my contact info and never get back with me. I've talked to the managers at both the Triana Blvd store and the University Drive store, both said there was absolutely nothing they can do for me in regards to my order from 12/18/2023 and then they either direct me back to the 1-800 number or just hang up on me. I haven't even gotten an attitude with them...I just kept them on the phone all of 5 mins on a busy Friday night I guess. Actually...I'm just still in shock that they even answered the phone.. usually they do not EVER. I've had them refuse to deliver pizza due to an employee shortage. They have even showed up the one time they did deliver 3 hours after the fact.. Ive placed online orders just to have them immediately cancel my online order. This happened 4 times in 1 night before I finally just gave up and called the store...NO ANSWER!!! I was cheated out of my order of a pizza after paying $15. I have an online "Pizza Profile" account that they can view exactly what has happened. I've sent screenshots of it but still nothing. Its absolutely ridiculous. Both stores are just sad honestly. Don't waste your time or energy with them only to still be hungry hours later and trying to figure out dinner. All their promotions...gaurantees....etc....ALL Invalid at this point for me. To the managers at both locations...if you are working for Dominos with your hands that tied as Managers then I really do feel sorry for you and you should get out...NOW. However, if thats not the case and you just wanted to not deal with me and put me off on the next one down the line (when I'm an honest paying customer and just want whats rightfully owed to me as such and for the exchange of my money into your hands) then you need to go all the way back to elementary school and actually learn how to communicate, understand and work a freakn job before you step up I to a role you're just not cut out for. Start using your brain before you sink yourselves and Dominos Corporation with you. GOD BLESS!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars just to tell future customers how awful this location is. This is the only restaurant less than 5 miles from my house. I don’t complain but after over 5 awful business experiences, I’m fed up. The workers are rude as hell. I wait as much as possible but even after an HOUR my bread bites weren’t even in the oven and also the cashier reassured me that he was not going to bring my already paid online order out to me but also I wasn’t assured that I could not go inside to retrieve it. It’s now 9:42 pm now and I ordered it at 8:45. Parmesan bread bites. This is unacceptable. The service and food sucks, now I can’t even go inside to get my FOOD but you’re saying I have to wait 30 more minutes for bread bites and bread bites only and also I was REFUSED my receipt for a refund. ? Please go somewhere else for fast food pizza. This location is a damn joke. I will never spend a penny at this franchise off of 3 years of trash alone.

I placed an order online. I used the pay with cash upon delivery. I called the store to see if the delivery driver could bring change for $100 bill. My order was $36. I explained to him that I just had my newborn and couldn’t leave the house . I was told “well you will have to go get change” Very rude . This dominos will not be getting my services any longer. Papa Johns was able to complete my request.
