My husband ordered a pizza for delivery. After an hour he was called by a staff member at Dominos stating the pizza was ready but there were no delivery cars, because they were all being charged. I traveled to retrieve the pizza and was asked to pull over and wait. I was ensured it would be ready in 6 minutes and would be brought to my car. 25 minutes I'm still waiting! I finally went to the window to get the pizza. Very disappointed, dissatisfied with the terrible service.

If I ordered my pizza at 7:40 and it's 9:42 and my pizza still ain't done and why is beyond me cause I can dash pizza from the mom and pop spots and it not take 2hrs.yall need to do better down there frfr.. And ntm I was on hold for 20mins nobody answered me for me to even see why it's took 2hrs for my pizza to be done or if it was!

Everyone was amazing and kind. There was this one guy named Darius (Daryus idk). We came to the window and tried to order yesterday and he didn't open the window or anything. He looked at us about 3 times and still didn't open the window. We thought they were probably closed but turns out, they were open until 1am. We were there at 9:30pm. We sat there for 15 minutes. He didn't even open the window to tell us it would be a little while longer. As we were pulling off, he looked back at us smiling. Thank you to everyone else in there working hard and having great attitudes.

The food is good, for now the only problem is the waiting time for deliveries. My food always come hot and like I ordered. The delivery guys are kind and respectful but the waiting time is too much.

There’s no point for yall to even have a phone if nobody is going to answer it. Waited almost 2 hours for some cheesy bread and 2 Dr. peppers. Whoever delivered my food need to pay attention before pressing that the order has been delivered, because it wasn’t delivered until 40 minutes after I got the notification. Then the people at the store are no help whatsoever either. I don’t live far from the stores location, so I don’t understand why it takes so long. Don’t waste your time putting in a delivery order. You’ll be better off picking it up yourself.

My delivery driver was super pleasant and a joy to work with. However, one of my pizzas was made incorrectly. I ordered a 2 topping pizza with green peppers and beef along with 2 other pizzas and cheesy bread. When the pizza arrived, there were no bell peppers on my pizza. When I called to discuss the issue, I was told the store was out of green bell peppers. I wasn’t offered an apology or solution. Furthermore, y’all couldn’t call me when y’all realized y’all were out of bell peppers to see if I wanted an alternative since I paid for 2 toppings? Poor customer service!

I’m extremely disappointed with my delivery order. It was not baked to a bubbly perfection. I ordered a spinach and feta pizza with extra cheese and a few additional toppings. I also requested garlic Parmesan sauce. After the pizza was delivered, I opened it and it was dry with no sauce and hardly in cheese. I have been on hold for an hour and still counting. The owners and management need to step it up. In the meantime, I will not be ordering from this store again and will definitely make it known.

I waited over an hour for a single pizza to be delivered to my home, located not even 5 minutes from the store. The pizza was done baking 20 minutes after placing the order, where it sat for another 50 minutes before it reached my door step. To no surprise, it was cold, and not properly cut. First 2 slices I tried to grab ripped in half. Will NOT be ordering from this location again!

Ordered two pizzas two pasta bowls cheesy bread for delivery tonight around 5pm estimated delivery 38-44 minutes ok we live four minutes from the stunt it is Friday no rush. Then 630 comes I’m outside waiting at this point and the driver tries to deliver to the wrong place. Then get missing order only one pasta then the other pasta is missing the actual pasta in the past bowl. To top it off the cheesy bread is just raw. Now been on hold for the last 15 minutes to the store no one has answered yet

Everything was perfect & delicious! I tried the new 5 Cheese Mac n cheese & it was decadent & so good! I also tried the loaded tots for the 1st time..they were crispy & hot! I got my usual thin & crispy crust Pizza w Pepperoni, Sausage, & Jalapeños. It was delivered in less than 30 mins. The Driver, Darius, was friendly & helpful! Rare these days to find a restaurant w workers who care. I appreciate it very much! Thx Domino's!!! ❤️😊

Open the window and just stared at me as if I’m supposed to be vomiting whatever I was holding in my mouth for the past 30 minutes.
