The employees at this dominos are incompetent. I was on hold for 51 mins trying to get an item that was left off my order. I ultimately ended up hanging up. This was the 5th time that I called trying to remedy this the situation. This location should be shutdown.

This place seriously needs to be shut down or given to a different owner who will run it correctly. Don't waste your time and money. I've tried to give this location an opportunity to redeem itself more than a few times. Each time I've ordered something it's never been hot, accurate, on time, or even flavorful for that matter. Each time I've ordered delivery my food has arrived between 30 minutes to an hour late. There's always something that's missing and/or been incorrectly made. There's no way to contact management or anyone from the app. Anytime there's a problem you're stuck on your own without help, feedback, or a reconciliation. The dominoes corporation advertises a point system and free emergency pizzas each two orders, which aren't fulfilled.

Order carry out or delivery at least once per month. Food is always great and delivery is quick. And often get bonuses by using the app.

I had a very disappointing experience with the window pickup at this Domino’s location. I arrived on time, but I waited over 20 minutes just to get my order (garlic knots), despite there being no other customers ahead of me. When I finally received my pizza, it was cold and not as fresh as I expected. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, made the whole process frustrating. Not the quick and convenient service I was hoping for. I won’t be returning to this location.

I wish we had an option to leave NO STARS. We placed an online order at 9:13 PM. I arrived there at the drive-thru around 9:22 knowing it wasn't ready yet, but hoping it might be. It wasn't ready yet. The lady at the window told me they were still working on it and to park out front and she would bring it to me in a few minutes. So I parked at 9:25 PM. People came and went, so after 20 minutes, I went to the little front window where others had been going. The whole staff could see me through the big glass windows and knew I was wanting to ask about my food. Nothing. So after standing there for about 8 minutes, I got back into my car and drove around to the drive-thru window again. The same lady came to the window and started apologizing. Since there were about 3 vehicles in front of me before I got to the window, the time was now 10:12 PM. I finally got my COLD pizzas. I did ask for a couple of garlic sauces since I had to wait so long. Which ended up tasting like mayonnaise, by the way. Too old. Yuck! This is the first Domino's I've been to with such horrible service. The upper management and owners should be very ashamed! We will never use this one again and will also tell all of our friends and family to use ANY other pizza places in this area in the future. Get it together, y'all!

You left off green peppers and onions. This was suppose to be the Philly cheese steak pizza hand tossed. Instead when it came back to me it was a pan with only the steak. I wanted peppers and onions😡😡😡

I got loaded tots with no bacon and my little is h allergic to bacon and he ate one that had bacon, he was sent to the hospital and he came out fine, we were thinking to sue but its not worth it. Don't come to this bullshit

I placed an order online with the app for delivery, and after it was in the quality check section for over 20 minutes I called to ask on the status. I was told that it would take a whole nother hour to get delivered to me and I asked if there was anything they could do since it would be cold by the time it arrived and all they did was hang up on me.

I ordered a Pacific Veggie pizza plus added ham. The pizza was undercooked, soggy, sliced into one big piece and a few small slices. NO toppings, not one vegetable, had what looked like cheddar cheese, driver was in my neighborhood within 5 minutes (no way it could have been fresh), extremely greasy and appeared to be soaking in garlic butter, crust tasted reheated. I will never use this location again.

Online delivery is disappointing to say the least. I've been tracking my order for more than 2 hours. I called the store only to discover they only have two delivery drivers. I was told it could possibly take another 30 minutes 😩.
I would appreciate an online notice of delay then I can choose if I want to proceed with my order. Now they got my money hostage and I have to grin and bear it.
Let this serve as notice to anyone looking to order food delivery from Domino's on University Drive.

I ordered dinner and they called an hour later sayin because I ordered at 10:59, they couldn't make it because the system wouldn't allow it. My order was placed at 10:57... So I asked about that discrepancy and got hung up on..... Worst ever. 0 stars.
