This was the worst experience I've ever had! I ordered and paid extra for extra toppings. The wrong pizza was delivered so I called. I waited on the phone for 12 mins. They said they would make another and send it out in 30-45 mins. It's been 1hr 30 mins. Will NEVER order from this store again. Paid $45 for 2 med pizzas and parm bites. RIDICULOUS!!! Worst customer service ever!!!! My husband just left to go get the pizza because every time I call and ask for store manager they hang up on me. I'll order from somewhere else from now on!!! You're next to be Sonic'Ed!!! People work too hard to be treated like this!

Lost customer forever. You guys have launched AI to take my order and it doesn’t work at all. Infuriating to talk to a machine. I asked to talk to a person at the store and was told I was being transferred but no one ever answered. Was trying to order pizzas for a basketball party and it should have been 120 seconds to order. Instead It took 20 minutes and gave up. And I missed the first quarter of my daughter’s game. Don’t implement unproven tech. I won’t be back.

I placed a delivery order after I just got off work and they canceled it. I called to see if I could put the order in again and they picked up for a second I heard them laughing and then hung up. I called back numerous times no answer. And I used my emergency pizza reward for this order and haven’t gotten it back:)

The only way you screw up pizza this bad is on purpose. My last 3 orders have either had a topping missing or an item missing but today was the last day I order from here. The center of my pizza was soggy and undercooked and I had 8....8 mushrooms on my large pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Clown show

Pulled up to the drive through for a mobile order and waited for at least 10 minutes and nobody came to the window, we pulled around and went inside where 1 employee was just sitting there doing nothing and the other had headphones on blasting music to where he couldn’t hear what I was saying and greeted me with “what’s up bro”. Then as if it couldn’t get worse he grabs the pizza and stops completely to sing part of the song he was listening to? Completely unprofessional and will not be returning, hire better employees dominos.

Friday, 11/22 I pull up to the take out window. Car in front of me drove off after sitting there a while with no acknowledgment from anyone inside. I pull up, hear the bell ring inside the store and see the two worker ignore me for a good 5 min. I know they’ve both heard me and seen me. Finally a girl opens the door and ask if the other employee had helped me. This worker at least got my food for me. And I left. I had pre paid for my food. So all they had to do was open the window and hand me two boxes yet that struggled with that. Dominos is great 9 times outta 10. Guess this was my 10th. Poor customer service.

Honestly, my only complaint is that I tried to call them after I ordered and picked it up and ate it I tried to call them to let them know how fantastic of a job they always do! But I couldn't get on the phone with them because they wouldn't answer the phone, I finally got past the AI and allowed to talk to them in person. This is by far the best Domino's Pizza location I have ever been to! They have always made my orders perfectly right and for some reason the pizzas always look so much better. They're more uniform, the toppings are evenly placed and it is cooked without being burned or undercooked. Seriously, I can also order from my house on my phone and then leave my house and start driving and by the time I get there it's done and ready to pick up and I don't live that far. Far I live on Bailey cove road so yes this place is amazing! I wanted to call and let the entire team know because I know that people usually only call to complain, I wanted to give you guys some good feedback.
Domino's management, keep the team that you have right now and treat them right because they are amazing!! 👌

I can always tell when Jessica has made our food (especially my dough bites, because everyone else skimps on the garlic butter), and Diane has written us two notes which hang on my fridge.
