I always have a local Domino’s and have never had a problem… BUT this one is my favorite!! They’re efficient, so the food is always hot-I’ve had to wait and let items cool off many times! Everything tastes great, they’ve gotten my order just right 100% of the time. And everyone’s very friendly and helpful!
I’ve been ordering Domino’s Pizza for many years now, and I’ve gotten to know my local store fairly well. Here are a few pointers:1.) If they don’t answer the phone, they are too busy with customers in the store and making orders. Calling before 4:00 P.M. is recommended. You can place your order to have it delivered later that day.2.) All orders are custom orders and made fresh 10-15 min. before they’re supposed to be ready. If your order is not ready at the scheduled time, their oven must be backed up. So, your order may take a few minutes more.2.) Their best deals are online or placed on their app.3.) Always tip your driver! Delivery drivers spend their own money on gas and maintenance. They do not get any of the store’s delivery fee.

I wanted to order pizza and I gave them a business address because I brought a load to a business address, and I told them I would be in front of the business store and the lady that took my order told me I have to be inside the store in order to get my order from the driver just for security reasons which is so funny because I paid for my food with my own card that had all my information on the card. I called them after 5 min and told them the business store was closed and asked them if I could get my order delivered to the store right next to it and she told me that she’s going to have to cancel my order because I wasn’t bringing a load to the second address I gave them and she said that she cannot have the driver go to a closed business store which is so ridiculous because I called them back and updated my delivery instructions and she was still not with it. So, to be honest the employee and their “security rules” that they have going on DONT MAKE SENSE at all. Don’t recommend ordering from here if you’re going to have it delivered to a different address. Horrible service

Employee Attitude at pickup was Horrible. The door is locked 8pm and nothing posted on door to state this. Doorbell did not work or they ignored it. Had to holler through side window to get the members attention who was playing on her cell phone. Watched 3 customers go through same issue..

After making to the window when the app told me my pizza would be ready I waited for 5 minutes. They then asked me to pull around, despite there being 5 cars behind me and only a few minutes left on my pizza. I pulled around. When I finally got back to the window they said my pizza wasn’t ready but I could go ahead and pay. I did. After 10 minutes I hadn’t heard from anyone. Finally someone came and told me they had dropped my pizza and it was going to be another long wait so I needed to pull forward. After another 20 minutes I finally got my small pizza without ever getting any sort of apology or anything. Awful customer service. Treated me like cattle.

Best Dominoes in the city! We order from this store at least twice a month. They never fail to satisfy. Recently, we had a hiccup. Our lava cakes weren’t quite right. I let them know, they made a note, and then fixed us up the next time I ordered. Easy as pie! All things should be so simple!I’d order from this store, and drive a greater distance to pick it up if I lived in another part of the city! They’re fast food done right, and as it should be!

Today is July 6th 2023 around 6 PM. If your child is working at the Domino's on Bailey Cove road in Huntsville, AL, you need to give them a drug test. The only thing correct on my order was a plain cheese pizza. One pizza,the topping were nowhere close to correct, parmesan bites were plain, and the cinnamon twists had the parmesan bites' seasoning on them. I will be holding up the line next time to check everything before I leave the window!!!
Very good wings and deep dish. People there are always friendly which unfortunately is rare lately. I appreciate them!

they be up charging folks, i usually order from the south parkway location and i get the same thing everytime, a medium deep dish and they charge me $8.71, at this location they charged me $14.16 for it?????? first and last time i order from bailey cove

A friend moved in to her apartment on the 1st. We stopped by this Domino's Pizza to pick up pizzas to go. Inside there was a chalkboard indicating 20% off pizza. No other description was on the board. I greeted a woman behind the counter who asked me what I wanted with a look of disgust. I inquired if the medium two topping for $6.99 was available because my friend always orders medium two toppers. The unfriendly woman at the cash register said yes and asked me what I wanted in a negative tone. Maybe she was having a bad day and was grumpy? I considered one star for this review due to her negative rude attitude. I ordered three medium two topping pizzas. She rang up the total of over $33 and I asked her how three $6.99 pizzas totaled $33. She adjusted the dollar amount and said 10 minutes. Hubs waited on the pizza while I went to sit in the car. The pizza tasted good per my friend. She spent most of the day moving her goods so she was hungry. I hope the next time I go to this Domino's Pizza the employees are more cordial. I forgot to take pictures due to the dog chasing the cat in the apartment.
