Order $50 worth of pizza tonight. Had it delivered after a long day at work even tho we only live a few minutes away from the store. When we received our food the pizza was cold and not cut. So I called up there the employee that answered the phone asked me what the problem was I told her my pizza was cold and not cut correctly and I just spent $50 on the order. The employee that did not say her name on the phone said oh okay I’ll let you talk to a manager. I said okay great thanks. Waited 5 minutes until she came back to the phone and said sorry I was cutting pizzas and asked again and I told her what the issue was and I said are you a manager and she said no did you want to talk to a manager I said yes ma’am you was supposed to get me one and she said we are just so busy and you’re going to have to call back later tonight to speak with a manger and just hangs up on me. So I go up there and when I go in the employee I talked to on the phone said didn’t I just talk to you on the phone while the manger (Rachel) is standing there looking at us and I said yes you did and I would definitely like to talk to a manager and the cashier said I told you we was busy that you’re going to have to wait to talk to her I said excuse me I’m a paying customer who has a problem and would like it fixed and the manager (Rachel) was raising her voice at me and saying I’m busy I will get with you when I can. She didn’t even want to help me and her and the cashier was super rude towards me. Which the drive through was empty and the lobby was empty, there was a couple orders on the screen with 3 other employees working along with the cashier and the manager (Rachel). I get that some days are hectic and you have a bad day but when a customer comes in and you’re a manger please talk to the customer like a human and be courteous of their issue.

Terrible experience with an $8.00 order of only 20 Tator Tots! Cold when we picked it up and for the price 20 Tator Tots is not much! Returned back to the store the manager said they would not refund my money and oh,well. Contacting Headquarters to complain! That’s why I have always been a Marcos customer!

So I had points for a free pizza because my last order was very cold and really late so today getting off work I decided to get my free pizza I ordered chicken bacon and ranch medium pizza my total was 2.45 because of the ranch I get all the way home into my bed take a bite of the pizza and immediately knew that it was no ranch on the pizza mind you I get that pizza a lot and common sense will tell you there is no ranch on the pizza what so every very very dry so I peel back cheese from a couple of the slices no ranch at all dry no ranch I put my clothes on drive back to the store ask for the manager it’s a young guy with dark hair I hand him the pizza and say it’s missing the ranch he says to me that’s a lie I said excuse me he said that’s a lie it’s on there under the cheese I said no it’s not take the pizza and look for yourself it’s not on there he said I’m not taking nothing and I’m not remaking it says have a nice day and closed the window in my face I sat there for a minute because I’m in disbelief that he just did that I’m so mad I want to fight at this point so I pulled over and called corporate and left a message listen this store did not use to be this way I’ve been getting poor service a lot but today was it I WILL NEVER SPEND A DOLLAR HERE IVE SPENT SO MUCH MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY SO MUCH BUT ILL BE DAMN IF I LET SOMEONE THE SAME AGE AS MY SON DISRESPECT ME NOT NOW NOT EVER IM PISSED OFF HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR WHAT HE JUST DID TO ME REFUSING TO TAKE THE PIZZA AND REMAKE IT CALLING ME A LIAR THEN CLOSE THE WINDOW IN MY FACE THAT WAS THE WORST AND I MEAN WORST I HAVE PHOTOS BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO ADD THEM ON HERE THE LADY THAT WAS AT THE WINDOW WAS NICE

This was nothing short of a FUBAR experience. Took over an hour when initial estimate was 30 minutes. When I complained got nothing but BS even from the pizza maker. I told them normally go Marcos but grandson wanted Dominos. The manager said he would give me a Dominos box and I could go to Marcos. Is this the norm for this location. Should have demanded refund but just wanted leave.

Why have I been on hold for 45 minutes? Yall don't close until 1am on Fridays?! I picked up my order hours ago when we finally got home after a flat tire and much headache I open the boxes to find a bowl full of cheese with 5 noodles that they call Mac and cheese and a LIGHT sauce pizza COVERED in sauce. Completely inedible! There was so much sauce on the pizza that I requested LIGHT sauce on it was doughy and not cooked through! Stop pulling pizzas out of the oven before the 7 minutes it takes them to cook! This store never gets it right and I've had multiple orders messed up! I should know better by now! Ugh!

I ordered the viral TikTok pizza with no bacon add banana peppers from this location last night and I paid for extra cheese, cheddar cheese, extra garlic Parmesan sauce on the pizza and extra Philly steak and I barely had sauce in the pizza and all my pizza wasn’t covered in cheese. This shouldn’t have been the case considering I paid extra for all these things. Wont get pizza from this location again but the person in the pickup window was nice.
