I had pretty good experiences with this Domino's until my last order. I noticed a long hair embedded in the crust that was plainly obvious. Pretty gross way to cap off the evening.
I'm gonna hold off ordering from here again until I'm confident the hygiene situation is under control.

Pizzas have gotten much better, but they need to be taught how to properly sauce wings because this is simply ridiculous.
I’ve called about it last time and tried again this time assuming it was just a fluke but here they are again, looking like they drizzled the sauce across the top out of the bottle while the wings were already in the box……

So I had noticed on your website you were promoting 1 Pizza 1 topping for 7.99 carryout special so I placed an order for a pepperoni pizza and a cup of sauce, when I get there you wanted to charge me over 18 dollars for the order. I asked why it was so much but guy at the window seemed to have no clue what I was talking about so I show him the web page with the ad and all he could offer was a 10 percent discount and that you don't have any carryout special. I'm pretty sure that falls under false advertising.

I placed a carryout order through the mobile app and paid in advance. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff informed me that someone had already taken my order. I explained that was impossible—it hadn’t been me—and showed them the order confirmation on my phone. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they acted like I was the problem and never offered an apology for giving my order to the wrong person. I then had to wait an additional 40 minutes for them to remake it. After all this trouble, they still screwed up my pizza order and forgot to make 1 of the 4 pizzas I ordered. Unprofessional and disappointing experience from start to finish.
After coming inside and expressing my frustration, I was ultimately given the correct order and a complete refund. Which was the least they could do, considering all the trouble.

So call in medium pizza, told 23 to 25 mins. Show up at 30 only to be another 45. Went back in forth with window, talks to manager and told to come back in 20 mins. Arrive on time and same guy says we cannot find an order, only that I called. Now there is dumb, and there is dumber. Wasted an hour and a half to get nothing. This is bad folks.
It's currently 4:53pm and horrible service the gentle man who is black was very rude and he didn't even give me the sauces I paid for and when I told him I miss the sauces with an attitude he gave it to me and not even a hello welcome in all the employees so down and the gentleman had to walk back like 4 times because I didn't get my sauces right and he acted like he was very busy when clearly he was not. You guys need to do better and I think a manager at all time should be there and see how the employees are doing their job. I know things are hard but it doesn't make a difference by treating a customer like this really. And I don't give a 5 start because they need to treat customers right and my feedback on the app is a 1 star.

It's 50/50 in if you will get a good pizza here. I always order extra cheese and half the time there are massive bare spots on it with no cheese or other toppings.

I’m very disappointed in my experience at this store! I ordered take out and was given the wrong pizza. Thank goodness I checked. Waited for about 20 minutes for them to remake it and they still got it wrong. When I tried to explain that I ordered New York Style and not hand tossed, the guy insisted it was correct and did so with an attitude. Out of frustration, I just decided to leave. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this store. There will be no third time for my personal or professional needs.
