Ordered pizzas online to be picked up at the window. The order had not even been started when I arrived at the ick- up time specified in my confirmation email. The lady at the window was rude. She said, “You do realize this is not fast food?”
I had to wait another 25 minutes for my food. No offer for a refund was given. I had paid online when I ordered.
When I got home, my order was incomplete. This is not the first time this has happened. If the restaurant cannot handle online orders, it should not be offered.
This will be our last visit to Donatos. We will not recommend it to anyone.

Was Doordashing Wednesday and got an order from here, I’m from guntersville so this was a first to try! The young lady working Wednesday was there and I told her I needed to come back and try it because it smelled SO good in there. Got to try it tonight 10/10 from me and my boyfriend!! Will be back again.

Online it said they were open, but when we arrived at 5:30 pm it looked dark, and the outside signs were not lighted. However, it was indeed open but really only caters to take out. It has tables but no fountain drinks or water, just bottled stuff. We had intended to eat in but decided to just order a pizza and go home. I didn't like the pizza. It had too much tomato sauce. The toppings were good and a good amount, but they sprinkled the top heavily with some finely grated topping that was extremely salty so I won't be purchasing there again.

Ordered a pizza online, received the wrong pizza. Waited 25 minutes on hold to talk to someone. Was told the driver was on his way back to store and would be dispatched with new pizza. 30 minutes later I call back and was told it would be another hour. Very poor customer service. Asked for refund. We will see.
