We stopped for some bbq on our way through town. Our server Tasia was amazing - she kept checking in on us and was nice. One of the managers, Travis, also came by to see how we were doing.
The food was good. Good portion sizes, and we left with leftovers. The restaurant has a good vibe and you can see them smoking the meat in the dining room.

If you get Kayla as a server, get ready to be treated very rudely! I mean very! The service experience is so poor that I would not come here again even though the ribs are good. Dealing with this person makes it this location a Hard NO for me! And as a bonus the prices on the website are not accurate. Ribs listed for 21.95 are actually 28. Oh did I mention they dont pick up their phone? Not my calls or any other while I waited for 25 min for an order I was told would take 5 min.

I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but the service at this restaurant was truly disappointing. When my husband and I arrived, there were only three other tables seated. We were greeted and told to sit wherever we liked. Our server came out shortly after to take our drink order, she returned with some bread along with our drinks.
Unfortunately, that was the last we saw of her for about 15 minutes. She only reappeared when two more groups arrived and she began greeting them and serving bread. At that point, we asked for the check for our drinks. She seemed surprised and said, “Oh, I didn’t take your order?”—without offering any kind of apology.
She then said we didn’t have to pay for the drinks, turned her back, and walked away. Despite the poor service, we still left $6.00 to cover the drinks.
We were very disappointed by the lack of attention and courtesy, especially given how slow the restaurant was at the time. Hopefully, this was just an off day, but it left a very poor impression.

Heard great reviews about this place and how this was is the go to place for bbq. We had the fried green tomatoes, they were great! Had the mac and cheese, it was good, the fried okra was yummy. tried the boneless rib tips, two ways, one was in the plate and the other in the form of a sandwich and was not impressed. the flavor was ok, they were tender, and there was plenty. What the issue was, they were dry. Not dry from lack of sauce but dry from over cooking or having been cooked and sit around for a while. Service was great, the waitress was super sweet and very attentive. The atmosphere was fun. Great novelty place. Just not sure I would say this bbq is outstanding.
Food is 3/5, everything else is incredibly disappointing at best. Management is non-existent.

We used to come here all the time, but today will be our last. The food was terrible. I always get the smokehouse quesadilla (with pork). Today there was very little meat and cheese….that’s it. No sauce, no green onions, and no pickles. My husband got a bbq chicken ranch wrap. There was a half chicken breast, 4 tiny pieces of lettuce, a little shredded cheese and 2 chunks of tomato. It was very disappointing and seems as if it’s going downhill. The other customers in there were disappointed as well.

Come to eat on a Sunday never had had this bad of service never had the server ask for are drinks or anything for 30 minutes and goes and ask everyone else that has togo orders what they wanted and said she be right with us finally and then went did something else for another 5 minutes need to get a better server that can handle probably 4 tables at most
