The pork ribs were very tasty as well as the fried vegetables that were very original and new for me, tomatoes and okra.The attention was always friendly and warm.As a suggestion, I think it is better to serve beers in glass glasses rather than disposable ones.

Great service. Food was top notch. Bread was simple but allowed you to sample the bbq sauce. Chopped brisket was super flavorful and smoked. Fries were hot and fresh and tea was sweep but not bitter. Will be back.

I visited for the first time on Feb 15 at 5:30. First of all, when I walked in, it was very smokey inside. It was so bad that my eyes began to burn. When placing our order with the waitress, they were out of three items we had asked for! We left after not having three items on the menu.

The food here definitely didn’t disappoint, and it was exactly what i was looking for on my trip to Huntsville. I got the pork and the rib tip with Mack & cheese and baked beans. Finished it off with a cup of banana pudding. You HAVE to get the banana pudding if you eat here.

So disappointing. I finally made up my to get the ribs and was so disappointed that my 4 ribs were 90% bone. They also give you slices of white bread and their house sauce prior to ordering. Really? How about some hushpuppies? Their house sauce is too spicy, but they provided a sweeter sauce upon request. The cole slaw, mac & cheese, and house chips get an "okay".

I dined here, and the service was great. No waiting for seats, and the server was awesome. However, they were out of half chicken, which should be a staple on for the restaurant, and the ribs were over seasoned, which made them extremely salty. The banana pudding was not even as good as jello banana pudding and was sent back. I do like that the smoking of the meats is done inside, and you can actually see it being smoked. If the seasoning had been right, I would have given a higher rating.

I had the BBQ Baker (with Rib Tips) and have been dreaming about it since! I think it even changed the way my tongue tastes it was so good! Not only is the food incredible, but the staff is absolutely amazing and the restaurants environment is so friendly and welcoming! Although I've only physically been there once as I'm new the area, it has changed my life! Rib tips are so high in demand, sometimes it's difficult to aquire....but i promise you....it's worth it. If you haven't been to the Huntsville location, you're missing out!
