The only person I trust here to make my drink is the general manager (she has short hair and a nose piercing), if it’s not her then I know I will be returning the order twice.

I asked for a large iced coffee light ice and I ask for light ice so I can have more coffee and less ice cause they love to over fill the cup with mostly ice. I mentioned light ice at the beginning before they even made the coffee. Than I notice at the end the whole cup is fills with ice and I ask again for light ice she literally takes a used spoon and scoops ice out the cup. So now only half of the large cup is full with coffee and the rest is a whole lot of coal foam. Like yall need to do better. I paid for a large coffee and basically got a medium for the price of a large. Like yall need to do better and I never have problems with this location til this new management came along. Like yall need to stop trying to take peoples HARD EARNED money and cheat them.

I came in there was no one in site for all of 5 minutes. Then one of the workers the blonde hair girl came out the back yelling and throwing stuff and I ask can I order and they gave me nothing but attitude the whole time. Very unprofessional won’t be going back to.

I tried to order on the app and then when the order failed I pulled back around to try and order again. There were 3 cars infront of me, i waited for 10+ mins for none of the cars in front of me to be waited in. I pulled off and there was no one at the window. They were not helping anyone. This establishment is slow and is like pulling teeth to get them to acknowledge they have people waiting.

I arrived at the drive thru around 6am there was one car waiting. After 5 minutes someone finally took their order and j waited another 5 to have mine taken (sourdough breakfast sandwich and brisket hash browns) after paying I sat at the drive thru window and waited for 20 minutes on my food watching the orders pile us and feeling bad that the woman wouldn't have me pull up for people to get their coffee and be on their way. Wound up late to work. Food was deliciously toasted bread and microwaved everything else like always. Service was trash.

The worst Dunkin in town, it has really gone downhill in the last 5years. Very slow service. Very rude and snarky staff. You roll the dice of what you get vs what you ordered.

Update 5 years later:

People walk out of here regularly. You'll wait for a long time even if it's not busy. There's no real management on board. Whoever owns these establishments needs their license revoked.

This place is a joke. I get coffee everyday, and everyday I have to tell them to fix my drink, even when they're not busy. Then give me the wrong donut after checking to see if they had the one I asked for. On top of everything else, they'll slop your donut in a bag with no napkin, like we're eating donuts as savages. Wtf. Never again.

Very unprofessional atmosphere.
I put in an order for a work party and the employee kept complaining about making the order. I spent over $100 and the whole time the employees complained about making the order.
Don’t come here.

Absolute worst experience at a DD ever!
We were 2nd in line & although staff would come up to the register from time to time, there was no eye contact & it took forever to get our order. Ordered 2 hot coffees & a doughnut. Waited over 10 minutes for our order. Tended to the drive-through more than the lobby customers.
Unfortunately, we took our order to go since we were driving out of state and did not realize the entire order was screwed up until we were into our drive home.
The doughnut was incorrect (white cream, instead of custard), the basic hot coffee order was very cooled off to the point of not being enjoyable, & the coffee with flavor added was totally incorrect to the point where my sister threw it away.
What a total waste of time! The quick stop turned out to be 20+ minutes. I have never been so disappointed in Dunkin & will never return to this location!
