I arrived at the drive thru around 6am there was one car waiting. After 5 minutes someone finally took their order and j waited another 5 to have mine taken (sourdough breakfast sandwich and brisket hash browns) after paying I sat at the drive thru window and waited for 20 minutes on my food watching the orders pile us and feeling bad that the woman wouldn't have me pull up for people to get their coffee and be on their way. Wound up late to work. Food was deliciously toasted...

January 2025

Today was probably the worst experience for me at Dunkin. I ordered a LG chai tea latte hot it tasted like warm milk. I asked the young lady at the window about using my points for purchase she had no idea about how to do it and stated only the manger knew how and he wasn't there. I also had a bacon, egg, and cheese crossiant with barely any bacon on it. And the brisket hashbrowns were thrown together.

November 2024

The manager was training several employees and maintaining great attitudes and pace at 10:15 am on this Sunday morning. One customer started complaining loudly about her service, threatening to call corporate, and recommending to all the customers to leave. I think his complaint was about cheese on a wrap. Anyway the manager held her composure and he was on his way. My food and drinks were out very timely and to order.
