I don't know what happened to the UAH dunkin, but this semester, I have not ordered without issues ONCE. If I even get what I ordered at all, the food is soggy or undercooked and the coffee is bitter. They're out of everything all the time or something is broken, or they're understaffed and flooded with orders-- the workers are unprofessional and most of the time not the friendliest. Until they get their crap together I'm not ordering from this specific dunkin anymore.

The place is located inside the University of Alabama. The donuts are delicious! There is a long line but the service is fast, it all depends on each person's order.

Worst service ever. From the workers getting my drink wrong continuously to workers rushing me to make purchases I didn't even want, the people who work there are awful. They are only able to keep this location open because it is one of the few places students are able to eat on campus. This is truly ridiculous!

This location is comically bad. I came twice a week for a semester, and ordered the same drink pretty much every time. I’m pretty sure no one really pays attention or tries, because they were all inconsistent in quality each visit. Hash browns were also stale and cold.

This review is for google maps, not the restaurant itself per say.This location should not be navigable as it’s a location not directly accessible from the street, there is no public parking (only permit parking) and is not there for the general public, or visitors to Huntsville in general.After driving 15 minutes I was greeted with the reality that it just is not a location for the public.Very disappointed this was not clear before mapping it.

Donuts were a little stale but the coffee was surprisingly good. I got a large iced chai latte with a pumpkin swirl. I will probably not come back since I'm able to get fresh donuts somewhere else for cheaper
