The employees here are extremely kind, felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door :)
My daughter & I love to come inside & enjoy our coffee dates, I get my coffee, made right everytime & if it’s not they gladly remake it & little lady gets tasty munchkins!

Dear reader, here I sit slowly watching the clock tick by at 7am on a Friday. I’ve been at this drive thru window for 22 minutes now waiting on my bagel, hashbrowns, and coffee. At this point, it’s more about morbid curiosity at how long this will take as opposed to being desperate for my caffeine fix. I’ve watched every counter order be wrong and the customers complain. The staff appear to be mimicking a deer in headlights this morning. I’ve lost count at how many cars have pulled out of the drive thru. No fewer than ten for sure. There are five of them huddled around a mountain of tickets, appearing to try to comprehend what items goes with which. They appear lost, scared, and confused. Please, send help that they may realize the coffee goes into the cup and then to the customer. Oh good, at time of writing a customer had taken it on themselves to read the tickets and assist.

9:30 AM and they were almost sold out. Person behind the counter knew almost nothing about donuts. Overall bad experience.

I was seriously craving a certain donut so I called around to find out who sold it before I door dashed. I spoke with the employee a manager I believe and she told me to give her my name so when I order came in she would put 3 in the box for me. So I did just that. And when my order came my requested donuts weren’t in the order. I’m really pissed the only reason I ordered was for those donuts. The only offer to fix this was to cone and get the donuts, I work until after 730. My happy won’t use them again.

Well it took the young lady 4x to figure out my order it was just the one item . Carmel frozen coffee. Was delicious. Would go back if I was in the area. Went around 8:30am-9am was kinda busy. The young lady was very sweet though.
They need to fix it when you place an order online and when you arrive, they don't have what you ordered. They should be more precise and fix it. The staff was very friendly and apologized for not having the donuts (which isn't their fault). But they should work harder to know what donuts they have that day at each location. It's difficult, but not impossible.
I had forgotten my wallet one morning, and I was determined just to not get my coffee. One of the employees told me not to worry about it and paid for my coffee which was $6. Huge thanks to that employee and for their kindness.

Apparently no one at this dunkin knows how to make their menu’s drinks anymore. I ordered the iced cocoa mocha signature latte which I have gotten from this location many times before. But today they seemed so confused, asking me if I want cream and sugar in it?? I said it comes with cream and sugar it’s the signature latte how it comes. They hand me out a plain latte with no flavoring or whipped cream or straw so I sent it back and they give me back the same drink with just whipped cream added.
Went through drive through 4/12/25 around 3:30 and placed order advised training someone when at window to pay advised that hot coffee ordered would have to brew a new pot, waited 15 minutes and then went inside to see what was wrong, they had just started brewing coffee and I also had to get my donut which where also not given at window, I ended up leaving without the coffee I paid for, the service at this establishment is awful and staff needs to be trained properly before being left alone, completely discussed
They charged me $26 for five sausage and cheese biscuits. . . . . And they looked absolutely terrible, they tasted worse than they even looked. Ended up throwing four of them away. I wouldn't even let My dog eat them.
They charged me for egg, But I said no egg, But still even if it had egg on it $26 for five sausage biscuits? This place is more for status. Trying to keep up with Starbucks type people with their whole status bullshit.

Had horrible service this morning. Got there a few minutes early. Items not ready was told online order had been turned off. Showed them where I had ordered. They asked me to pull up no problem there. My order was to picked up 8:20am got there at 8:17am. I sat pulled forward from 8:20-8:40 before I drove back around. The lady on the speaker was very rude. Said you were told it doesn't print until order is to be picked up. I said I get that but I'm been waiting for a long time. She said just pull up. Get to the window, and my drink was wrong (tasted horrible so poured out when I got to work). Rest of the order was ok. Will not be going back to this location. Also got corporate number sent text at 9am still no reply.
Smells so good as soon as you walk in. Everyone is so nice.
