Maybe It's Fate
I literally never have a correct order. Ever. There is always a wrong item or missing items. I order a maple bacon wake up wrap every time, and 9 times out of 10 I get a bacon egg and cheese croissant. How is that the same at all. I pay for things that I never get, wasting my money everytime. Not to mention how long it takes most times.

Me and my husband ordered a few food items, most were good…BUT my bagel had barely any cream cheese, like maybe a teaspoon or two worth. It was pretty disappointing when we got down the road and noticed it. The one girl taking orders was really friendly and nice, but the lady doing drive thru wouldn’t even acknowledge us when we tried to ask for ketchup, straight up ignored my husband.

The girl running the drive through lane this morning (Monday at 9:45) needs to learn basic customer service and manners. Simply using polite words and proactive phrases such as "the other half of your order will be out shortly" would go a long way. Also, the hash brown bowl was 1/3 full and no fork was included in the bag. Am I supposed to drink it?? Not worth $5. Only reason for the 2nd star is because the donuts were good and the food was hot.

This is the best location I have ever been too I don’t know what these reviews are talking about.My experience there was incredible!!!!!10/10 my barista was a girl with purple hair!She was amazing and sooo kind my order was complicated but she handled it so well and was so understand ong!

I visited this location today to get a little work done while enjoying my Nutty Pumpkin ? iced coffee. Unfortunately, my app had not updated my current location and my order was sent to another location. Madelyn at this location was quick to help and soooo extremely considerate in her actions. To whomever owns this franchise - the girl making the drinks on 8/2/24 w the long hair (not the short haired girl at the window, she was nice) is rude and makes your drinks wrong and then argues with you. When she answers you ‘what can I get you?’ Her tone is that she HATES this job and you for ordering. I asked for - large unsweet tea w a tiny splash of sweet and got a very syrupy sweet tea w hardly any ice. When I came around to explain, she argued with me so I paid for a second tea unsweet so I could mix the two. Definitely will not be back to this one.
