They said what can I get for you I started my order in the drive thru and they never said anything back so we left

Placed an order through the app and when I got to the store I was told they had no sausage and no decaf coffee. I requested that I be given a refund and the rude manager told me to request it through the app. This is not the first time with trouble at this location. They had a great early morning crew until the district manager decided to move them around. That only left one young lady who actually had a breakdown because she was by herself. I asked the manager about adding more people and got we don't have the manpower. You just let the other person go to another store. The DM and manager of this store are inept and should by fired immediately due to negligence of personnel and poor customer service.

Stand around for 15 mins waiting on a cup of black coffee. none of them doing anything why did 15 Minutes for a cup of black coffee? Lazy.

Placed an online order at 11:55am in the parking lot, it's now 12:16pm I just got my drink but I still do not have my food, they have been serving their drive thru and 1 walk in customer with no problem. The cook will not change her gloves after touching the computer then everyone's hot food. I watched 3 Crossiant sandwich get made after already waiting 5 minutes and now they can not make my sandwich correctly due to serving drive thru first and no longer having crossiants, Now it's 12:21pm and I can finally eat the meal I ordered over 20 minutes ago.
so I got an English muffin for a replacement and it tastes like hamburger buns. Do better dunkin
Whats the point of having a mobile app to order ahead if you still handle your drive thru customers orders before the online ordered customers that's been sitting for 10 plus minutes.

There's no good reason for anyone to have to wait 10-15 minutes in the drive thru before anyone even bothers to take someone's order. Extremely slow service at this location. No bueno.

I have been a customer at DD for years but lately, my coffee I order has no sugar. Coffee tastes awful. It’s been like this ever since the star employees left! I really don’t want to waste my money anymore! What happened to the old DD! When I got up in the morning I could be excited to get great coffee. But now not so much! So no more for me!

Was very disappointed, I'm hoping we just got the b team. There were two cars parked in the parking lot and we were the only car in the drive thru. We sat at the order board for about 5 minutes, pulled forward, took them about 3 or 4 minutes to take my payment, then he asked us to pull forward and park even though there was still no one behind us (it was about noon so I was still understanding thinking maybe they had kind of cleaned up the breakfast stuff they are having to make it fresh no problem) waited about 15 to 20 minutes before they finally brought our food out (and here's where my understanding goes out the window) my hash browns were saturated in grease and cold, my Wake-Up wrap was cold, my daughter's croissant thing was tolerable, they forgot our second order of hash browns so my daughter went in and that order was also saturated in grease and cold. I have worked in fast food before and I realize we arrived kind of late but to have to wait an unreasonable amount of time and the food still be cold... Like I said I'm hoping I got the b team, we will try again at a later date and if it is better I will update, but the service was bad enough that I felt the need to make a post hoping the operator, manager, owner, whomever, can make some changes

Let me paint you a picture. Saturday morning. Ready for some coffee and doughnuts to take to some friends. Four employees working. We stood at the counter for more than 7 minutes. The line was growing behind us. Two of the employees wouldn't make eye contact. A third finally told us "be with you as soon as we can" while they all continued to focus on the drive-thru customers. People behind us stacked up to the door. Management is lacking to say the least. We don't plan to go back to that location. But hope they get it together
Only one person was working both the drive thru and front counter registers. He gave the drive thru 1st priority, not the customers in the store.
