South parkway Dunkin is my favorite Dunkin Donuts in Huntsville! My coffee drink is always delish, and pretty much always consistent and I order the same drink just about every day!There are a couple employees I wish I knew by name to give a special thank you and shout out to for always the best service , always smile on the face! I don’t live close to south parkway Dunkin but I usually make the drive there because the North parkway Dunkin almost ALWAYS gets my drink wrong! If you want good coffee and good food come to south parkway Dunkin Donuts ?
On the rare occasion they're out of what I ordered, they go above and beyond to offer me a replacement.

Whoa.. this place has gone downhill much like other businesses. Bad CS (workers seem like they don’t care about anything but getting back to their phone)Service is super slow and out of order, drinks taste bad and are overpriced. Where is the management?? How does this happen to such a great company?

Thought I would stop in at my old favorite, Dunkin donuts. I was so excited I haven't had any in such a long time. Sorry dear but that was a triple Fail! The girl seemed nice enough but she was talking insanely fast and low. I think maybe they should turn the music down? She got my order wrong, and served three people after me before completing my order. And I still had to chase her down for my change. Five stars for the coffee which was the Dunkin donuts usual high standard. Still I think I'll pick a different Dunkin donuts next time

Doughnuts were fresh. Store is either under staff or the staff is not well trained at multitasking and assisting both in store and drive up.

This store is disgusting. They have horrible customer service. Young kids with no manners, profanity language. Long waits in drive through and inside . Today waited for 45 mins for a drink and sandwich , manager was on cook and messed up everyone’s orders some more than once. Worst Dunkin in Huntsville Area .

Horrible service, there's 4 people in line and they don't even acknowledge the customer by saying a simple "we will be right with you" that phrase goes a long way. Use it. When I asked if the register was closed they had a sarcastic attitude.

Really love this store. The people are always dressed to impress. They are helpful with suggestions and the store is always decorated, clean, and stocked. The drive thru is also very clean. I literally drive out of my way to visit this store over the store that is near my house.
