Compared to the OG DB in the PNW they did well, I'm used to the crew practically climbing into your vehicle to know everything about you while you wait. I will say this location was worth the stop. The staff were friendly, patient, and helpful with my indecisiveness. I ended up with a hopscotch protein mocha, and man, was that worth every sip. Stop and taste for yourself.

Stopped here for afternoon coffees, and was very impressed. First, the service is impeccable....friendly, cheerful and efficient. Second, the cup sizes are very generous so you are getting good value for the price. Third, the drinks were amazing. I had a hot Golden Eagle, and it was creamy, smooth, and wonderful. My hubby had a Flapjack shake, and it was yummy as well.....creamy and vanilla with a hint of caramel. We were both very happy with our choices.

Idk what the point of mobile order when it’s never ready even if there’s no cars. Avid Dutch bros drinker from Chattanooga and here in town, competitors seem to be doing better in service and even quality of coffee.

All I have ever gotten has been the kicker. Delicious everytime, except for this morning. Six dollar drink that is usually wonderful is barely drinkable. Hard to poor out 6 dollar drink but that is what I am doing.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but I have been sitting in line for 40 minutes and have still not received my drink. There were 7 cars in front of me when I pulled up. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. My drinks are always tasty, but it truly shouldn’t take this long to get a coffee.

I don’t leave reviews often but the customer service at this place is so exceptional I just had to say something. The staff couldn’t be nicer they seem like they really care about their jobs and I hope Dutch bros compensates them for all the hard work they do. I went in for my birthday freebie and they didn’t just do the bare minimum because I was getting a free drink. They made great recommendations for my order and even asked about my birthday plans. You won’t find a better staff or menu options at any coffee place in Huntsville.
