I wanted to share that I had an absolutely great experience at Edgar’s Huntsville south. I spoke with the manager Emily who was so professional and kind when helping me. The food is great and the staff is lovely. Will be visiting again soon!

I finally had the opportunity to go to Edgar's with a couple of friends; I was impressed. The employees were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and we bought a strawberry pound cake for Christmas dessert. When we opened the cake on Christmas day, it smelled amazing and tasted even better. It was moist, flavorful, delicious. Will definitely be back to try some other items on the lunch menu and of course more desserts.

the food is good but HONESTLY what is the point of being open til 7 and closing the kitchen at 3??? POST YOUR KITCHEN HOURS SO PEOPLE CAN NOT HAVE THEIR TIME WASTED?????
As someone who works third shift this kind of dishonesty is what makes me want to never come back.
I'd be fine with the kitchen hours if they were actually available to see, instead I'm just lied to and wasting 25 minutes of my sleep time today in addition to the gas in my car.
Go to fresh market instead, at least their deli isn't lying by omission.

First visit to location - Notice that staff was not wearing mask - with the pandemic Covid 19 it hard to enjoy any servicer place if not wearing mask 😷. I felt a uncomfortable.

Excellent bakery...they sell breakfast and lunch. I had an Edgar's reuben for lunch and it was delicious!
Being from New York and having a fondness for cannolis, Edgar's Bakery received high praise. Regrettably, my experience fell short. The cupcakes were remarkably dry and the cannolis tasted unpleasant. Perhaps I stopped by on a bad day, but a repeat visit is improbable. Nevertheless, the employees were extremely polite and provided fast service.

My daughter and I, really like Edgars Bakery on Airport, we have eaten inside and outside couple of times and the food was great.
The food was very good. I enjoyed the orange cinnamon roll. That was probably my favorite dish. I will have to come back and try some more goodies here
