Great bakery! I ordered the grown-up grilled cheese and really enjoyed it, but it was very heavy on the pimento cheese and I couldn’t finish it. I would have preferred a bit more bacon and less cheese.
The service was good overall, though there’s some room for improvement. An employee asked if we needed anything, and after we said yes, she didn’t return with the item. I ended up going to get it myself after it seemed to be forgotten.

I ordered a pickup order at the wrong location and they quickly made our order to enjoy at the café. They even notified the other location of my mistake. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. My children LOVED the chocolate chip pancakes. We got some goodies to go and can't wait to enjoy them later. We will be back when we come to Huntsville area in the future.

Get this place out of here, they been making people sick for years now. Atmosphere is ok and staff is nice sometimes but that’s about it. I didn’t even have to encourage my friends not to go anymore - we all just stopped going to Edgar’s because the food made us vomit one too many times. It’s up 😩🤮 Gross! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 Boooooooo

I ordered a specialty decorated cake for my daughter‘s second birthday with pink and black polkadots. When receiving the cake it had blue and green smudges all over the cake which were not supposed to be there. I then cut into the cake it was vanilla when it was supposed to Chocolate. I went back into the establishment they told me the only way they could give me a refund is if I brought my cake back in which my daughter had eaten some of for her birthday instead they could only give me a gift card for in-store purchases. I Will not be ordering from here again!

On 11/17/25, I called and requested to speak with the manager (Bobby) about the experience I had the day prior. I explained I preferred calling as opposed to leaving an online review which he said he appreciated. I called for 2 things, the first was the service… it was my first time here and I was overwhelmed with all the delicious options. When I got to the counter to place my order, the woman asked what flavor cupcakes I wanted. I laughed and told her I couldn’t remember them all, and asked if she could walk down to the end of the case with me to pick them out… She was visibly annoyed and even rolled her eyes. It wasn’t like there was a massive line of people behind me… MAYBE 2 people, but that’s no excuse. The second reason I called was because I ordered 2 Cannoli's and when we got to our gathering, a few people wanted to taste them.. So I cut them in half only to find JUST the tips “filled” and absolutely nothing in the middle. For $3.50 each I expected more… when I spoke with Bobby, he took my contact information, and I emailed him the pictures of the cannolis. He said he would mail me a gift card for the experience I had. It is now a month later, and I’ve gotten nothing. This was never about getting something for free, it was about the experience I had, and phone call I had with the manager which leads me to believe I was just fed bs. I’d be willing to bet, the girl still has an attitude, and the cannolis aren’t filled. I was looking forward to giving them a second chance, but not anymore.
