I had been passing by this food for quite some time and finally decided to give them a try. I order the chicken chimichanga and it was absolutely delicious. I was very impressed. The only thing I would say is that the chicken was a little bit dry. Overall It was still very good and I will definitely be going back
I ordered the Enchiladas Verdes and my husband, a burrito.
Hands down the best mexican food I've had since being in Huntsville. The rating was 4.8 star at this time of my review, but I believe it needs to be 5 star.
Food: best carne asada in Huntsville. It was a big burrito, too. Enchiladas Verdes was astounding, bursting with flavor, chicken shredded smothered in sauce. Beans were delicious and the rice made a great side!

We hired Eldorado Food Truck for our annual celebration. They were quick to respond to the initial request. They even adjusted their menu to fit our budget. The day of the event they arrived early to prepare for the day. They provided food for about two hundred employees. Oh did I forget to mention, the food tasted delicious!
